Tried to give me someone else's order after being handed back. I watched the customer touch the food and realize it wasn't their order and handed it back. The elderly employee tried to hand it to me, and I said, "No! That's gross. They've already touched it, I don't want that. " They said, "No, no, no, no, not touched!" After a 20-minute wait, I was finally able to get my small pretzel bite. *Avoid*

They are listed as opening at 10:00am on the day I went (a Tuesday) but open whenever they feel like it. Person working was rude; instead of greeting me and stating they didn’t feel like opening (already an hour past the time listed), she just shouted “10-15 minutes” when I tried to speak to her. Malls are dying and I’ll be sad to see every location but this one die off.

Today I ordered a pretzel nugget combo which was a little pricey, but I'm okay with pricey if it is worth it. Not only were the pretzels cold and old, but the woman working behind the desk was extremely rude to me. I understand the clientel at Regency can be rough, but I was friendly and gave her no reason to provide terrible customer service. I will never spend my money there again. The only reason I am giving "2 stars" is because not all locations are like this.

Ridiculously over priced. The cashier that I've dealt with makes you feel rushed and like you're an interruption to her day. Often times the food has sat out for too long and tastes dried out.

If you haven't tried Auntie Anne's DO ITTTTT! This is my family's fav we always have to stop when we see one and don't worry you can't go wrong with any type plain, pretzel dogs, or if your feeling sweet try the cinnamon 👌

Went here just for the pretzels. They were anything but fresh. Not soft at all like we are used to. So disappointing.

The pretzels here are SO GOOD! I stop here almost everytime I'm at Regency Mall. They're deliciously addictive! 😀

Waiting for someone to show up for them to open and it was 10:15 am which is after they are to open. No one there...... Rude employees when they are there.
