Cannot say enough how much I love this place. There is not a single bad thing on the menu. Though the prices could be a bit lower. Staff is impeccably professional and advises accordingly to what the guest asks for with extremely short wait time.

The Old Man that took my order looked like he didn't want to be there. After 10 mins when I pick up my order there was another cashier he was very nice..I even bought a box of Cinnabon Rolls for $10 bucks

The pretzels were great but the service was ridiculous. We went 11-22-20 at around 1pm. The guy at the counter was incredibly rude, clearly not wanting to be there. He took our order minimally. Didn't get the size correct, limited the options in flavors and basically slammed our items onto the counter. While the food was exactly what I had hoped for the service was enough to keep me from returning.

It was almost closing time so the mini dogs were kind of cold. The mini bites were good but they probably would have been better being fresh. All in all it was ok. The employees were really nice. Just need to try it for yourself.

Pretzel bite peperonni pretzel were good, what lead to a 2 star was the employee that took my order. He was in a horrible mood, I know sometimes people have bad days. But this man was just rude never did I receive basic good customer service. I think they need to rethink who they put on front to take orders.

Favorite pretzels ever and their is a pretzel kit I bought a few years ago that taste just like the store version. I love sour cream and onion flavor so I got the popcorn flavoring in that flavor and put on top. It's the exact same taste. Don't know where they sell the pretzel kit in Houston though.
