The place is beautiful, their service was top notch, and food was delicious. Our table had Trey serving us and he was awesome. We tried 2 appetizers, the Loaded Fries, and Firecracker Shrimp, I had the Pork Chop and my wife had the Chicken and everything was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back.

We are here during the soft open event. The service was great and we really enjoyed being seated at a window to watch traffic in downtown Camden. To start, we had the firecracker shrimp. For dinner we tried the ribeye and the salmon and both of us had the twice baked potatoes. These meals also included a side salad. The house and Caesar salads are both delicious with fresh ingredients.
Overall we had a great experience and look forward to coming back when the bar is open and a full menu is offered!

We had the pleasure of eating at BColson‘s several weeks ago. My husband and I had the most wonderful experience! The service was phenomenal. We were greeted at the door by the lovely host and was promptly seated for our reservation. Our server was wonderful and accommodating on our questions about drink options. The atmosphere was beautiful and the restaurant was a lovely, fine dining experience. As for the food, I can’t say enough of how amazing it was! I mean one of the best meals I have ever had and my husband and I have eaten at lots of dining establishments through the years. We ordered several entrées, appetizers, and desserts to get a rounded experience in trying out this new restaurant. It definitely didn’t disappoint. We had the Caesar salad, two steak entrées, the crab-cake appetizer, cheese fry appetizer, and then to end the evening we had a crème brûlée and a banana foster dessert. I had the pink lemonade, margarita drink special to accompany my meal. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender. The flavor was outstanding and I wouldn’t have dreamed to add a steak sauce to cover up its wonderful taste. Honestly, it’s one of the best steaks I’ve ever had in my life. The Caesar salad was exquisite, and I don’t usually say that about a salad, but the dressing was perfect and it was very fresh and well-made. The fact that a salad could be so delicious is a statement of how much this restaurant cares about every detail down to the quality of its side salads. The desserts were heavenly! The owner himself checked on us during our meal to ask how everything was going. Honestly, I can’t say enough of how great our experience was and we will definitely be back. Drove from Lexington to eat there, and will definitely make the drive again.

Crème Brûlée
1st time at B Colsons, and the atmosphere was great. We had a reservation and was late and they still took us! The service wasn't rushed and our waitress was very nice! We ordered the salmon with twice baked potatoes, it was okay. The chicken sandwich was good, but the mac and cheese was definitely for the kids. It would be better baked in the skillet. The fried Flounder with shrimp was the BEST!! Flavored and seasoned very well! The brussels seemed a little overcooked, missing some crispiness. Consider adding broccoli and some fingerling potatoes to the menu. Overall, I would go back for the flounder and shrimp! Also, the atmosphere, definitely a date spot!!

Understand that this is a new restaurant and they are closely tweaking the food/menu but was disappointed with the taste of the asparagus, and the crème brûlée was a bit gritty with sugar on the top that hadn’t been melted, Also there was no offering of bread or rolls - they’re working on it! The atmosphere is upscale and the staff was professional, courteous and attentive. I look forward to dining there again in the future to see how the menu and food progresses.

it's a tad pricey. $40 barrimundi and $38 rib eye. but.... it was a generous portion of fish that was presented and cooked very nicely. the ribeye was a shade overpriced. but again, it was a beautiful cut and perfectly cooked to medium rare. it sliced like butter and was maybe the best rib eye I have ever had at a restaurant. staff was friendly and attentive. we won't be there every weekend, but we will definitely be back. I look forward to trying the pork chop. YOU HAVE TO SUPPORT LOCAL RESTAURANTS, or you will be stuck with blah blah blah chains.

What a welcome to our small town! As we walked into our 715 reservation we were greeted so kindly and seated immediately. Our server was welcoming and was responsive to all of our needs. The ribeye and sea bass was perfect!!! I enjoyed the atmosphere and can’t wait to go back and try another item from the changing menu.

A great new dining experience in Camden. Wonderful atmosphere, food, and service. Considering they have only been open 1 week I was extremely impressed. The quality of the food was outstanding and the staff was very knowledgeable and attentive (on a very busy night).

We had a fabulous meal! The Caesar salad was super tasty, My salmon had a great flavor & the sea bass was fantastic!! Couple kinks to work out but nothing major at all! My husband had the filet & it was so tender! The twice baked was really good

Perfection. Seated at the bar on arrival. Had food on the table within 20 minutes, at 5:30pm on a Saturday! Best steak I have ever had. Mixed drinks were perfect. The bananas foster was absolutely amazing! I am so excited for Camden to have such a great restaurant! 10/10.
