Good service, clean facilities, a baby size cotton candy was my daughter's delight on a hot day. Fortunately, for $6 ish, I didn't have the whole family...but still a nice treat. Enjoy. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My mom signed up for the "free product" just for signing up but the manager said she doesn't know oh well. I also had a "free any size product" and instead of discounting the most expensive one which was 8$ they discounted the cheapest 5$ one. Absolutely ridiculous and she didn't care while she's talking to her associates. Put very very little sour patch sauce on my orders, one had a huge global of white snow where the syrup didn't reach. Smh

I wish they could get my order right just once. Waited in line a couple of times only to read the hand written sign when it was my turn to order that they only accept cash. Cash payment mess went on for two months. The girls that work there are rude and talk to you with attitude. They manage to mess up my order every freakin time. Even after they repeat it to you. Then they have the nerve to get upset when you tell them they forgot the cream… how do you forget the cream every time?? SMH, It’s not rocket science.

We Love Bahama Bucks! Our favorites consist of Caribbean Colas and Strawberry Cheesecake Delights. Today we added some Iced Coffee drinks. They were ok but I should've stuck with my shaved ice!

Most time you get very little syrup and cream, and it just tastes like ice. I taste it in front of them and ask for extra syrup if it don't taste right. I ain't paying $7 for a cup of ice. Long wait, too.

Wow a real taste of Hawaii!!! What an amazing place! Being former Hawaii residents we were so thrilled to find a taste of home on the mainland!!! Not to mention stellar customer service!!! Thank you guys!

Tonight is the first and last time my husband and I stopped at this store. The drink was flavored water at best and not one staff member could even look a customer in the eye. More importantly, not one employee could smile. I felt like we were an inconvenience and we paid with poor customer service and felt punished with a terrible drink. I also saw the drink blended and more than half went down the drain. Sorry to the owner(s) and to what looked like a young lady in training in a pink mask who appeared to be treated poorly. We will NOT be back. (after dark on 03-12-22)

Good place the line at the drive through was moving slow, with just 3 cars. But overall it was a good experience, the staff was friendly and helpful in choosing new flavors, I ordered a smoothe and an orange cruiser, paid around $13 for two mediums, not a bad price considering the cups are a good size. Good place to get a cold beverage during the summer.

Just a bad experience got a couple of snow with very little flavor on it. Dumped it on the ground. It was a waste of 14 bucks because I got two one for me and my friend we both pitched them
