Her cakes are out of this world! She made me a carrot cake for my birthday and even the non-vegans were raving that it was the best they have ever had! Highly recommend her cakes for any occasion! Food: 5 Service: 5

I commissioned a wedding cake and cupcakes through Courtney with Bake Me Vegan. We could not have been more pleased with the result! She was a breath of fresh air when planning our wedding. She was easy to communicate with and nailed every detail when making our cake. We have omni family and even they loved it! The flavor was just as prefect as the cake itself. Thank you Courtney for making our special day delicious!

You’ve got to try Bake Me Vegan’s stuff! We first bought a chocolate espresso cake… then another. Since then - we’ve had cookies and other treats, all of which are 100% awesome! Seriously - Courtney is crushing the baked goods, and whether you are vegan or not, you’ll love her stuff!

Bake Me Vegan has lots of flavor choices, sizes, dietary options, and they’re flexible and timely. Their cakes are also beautiful and delicious. I will certainly purchase a cake from them again!

In what was likely one of the more annoyingly high-maintence OCD requests she's ever received, I asked Courtney if she could bake a *very* particular kind of birthday cake, on short notice. "Definitely!" A few days later, she delivered an absolute masterpiece that had every party guest (and, most importantly, the birthday girl) agape in amazement.

Being a “meat & potatoes” kind of a gal, I wasn’t sure how this chocolate espresso cake would taste. OH MY!! So incredible & delicious! It was hard to stop eating it. But my favorite is the Trail Mix cookies. Go on. . . Try some!!
