Worst customer service ever. Came to bought cake today the cashier was so rude and ask me to bring the whole cake from the fridge by myself. Then when I asked for candle for 52 years they said only can provide 2 candles. And worst thing is that they don't even have cream to write name on the cake...... Wost experience ever. Regret buying. Price per person RM 40–60 Service: 1

Strategically located in Sri Gombak. Actually I rarely step into a 'bakery' shop but this is a little bit different and it catches my attention. This is my third time visiting this outlet since it was opened. The place still exercising it's offer and promotion. Good price and variety of choices. Good buy!

So many choices of slices and whole cakes here.. They have whole black pepper chicken also... Many breads and pastries choice.. I always go here for cakes.

Bad experience again at this outlet! This is not the 1st time ever but many many time,the same staff. A girl with no courtesy,no smile,no thank you,no respond,no manners!!! Please ok,people are struggle enough to find a job for a living. You should be thankful that you still have a job. So please respect your job,respect your customer. Overall the place is nice,selection of pastries and cakes are excellent. I always come to this outle, so please do something and improvement on your staff.

Bought 6 black pepper chicken without sauce..staff not friendly langsung..hope management monitor staff..return duit balance pun sampai terlepas and tak say sorry..

Red velvet and tiramisu cake is nice good value for money. When i was young, my birthday cake was always the cappuccino mousse, then they changed the name to cappuccino temptation. Secretly wishing it would make a comeback.
