I’ve tried to reach out over the phone. First the phone in the website is the office phone, not the bakery. They gave me the correct number to call. I was trying to order a product, but wanted to pick it up from the bakery instead of being delivered. On the website is stated that you can make the order, but there is no option for self pick-up and I wanted to sort things out quickly. In the 13 seconds second phone call with the lady from the bakery I wasn’t even able to explain what I wanted, she interrupted me by saying “Orders are accepted only at the bakery, after being paid. Have a nice day.” And hung up the phone. Quite disappointing and don’t recommend it if you want quality service. I can’t comment on the food quality obviously, because I wasn’t able to order.

Food is very good,fresh baked, sometimes the quantity in the rush hours is not well planned. The staff don't fit the word friendly or helpful at all.

Слабо представяне последно време, незнам на какво се дължи, да не говорим че, един клиент се обслужва 5мин....дано се оправи! Преди 3г само от там исках да закусвам, сега няма нищо общо...
Както и да е, живи и здрави...
Бозата е хубава!

Толкова нагло поведение на продавач до сега не ми се беше случвало, говоря за обекта им на Ген Колев. Хубаво е собствениците да обърнат внимание на това. Заради това нагло поведение няма да стъпя там . Жалко за хубавите им продукти и за това, че оставят една служителка да с съсипва труда им.

Завишени цени без покритие. Бюрек 1.90, като навсякъде другаде е 1.60. Очакваш нещо уау, а то празна, мазна и лека баничка. Без пълнеж, няколко мега тънки корички. Буквално може да се навие и да се изяде на 2 хапки. Касовият им апарат не е изряден, грешен час и минути.
