Natori-san made our experience at Bali-Hai and Ito Hotel Juraku a much better experience. He was so kind and really cared about us enjoying our meal and our experience at the hotel. I would come back again just because of his service and delicious kushi-age. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
