We came for one drink and we stayed the whole night. The hospitality of this bar, the staff, and the atmosphere are magical. We have tasted so many exquisite drops, and came to know, thanks to the barkeeper and staff, to many new, rare and secret tastes of Taiwan and of the world. In the end, we did not choose from the menu but just gave ourselves into the hands of the barkeeper, to let their imagination, creativity and art guide us to new and beautiful experiences. They are artists, they are masters of their craft and created countless and yet nameless new masterpieces for us. It was an evening and night that we will long remember. If there is one bar you should visit, it is this bar.
clearly, there are available places in the bar. The tablet in the waiter hand barely has any schedule written on. I arrive by myself, walking towards one of the many empty seats for a cocktail.
"you have to sanitize first", then I'm like sure ok. I go back a bit, the waiter look at me for like 10 seconds and decides the bar is full and I'll have to come another time. No reschedule suggestion, no subtlety. "we're full" and a dry glance towards me.
I dont know if they are racist, discriminatory, mean, or what, but nothing could disappoint me more as a bar. I even gave up on drinking that night and went back home.

The customized cocktails here are so awesome! Among them, I do really like the favors of fruits and teas within alcohol. It makes you drink a lot, since it's tasted sweety and fresh.
September 2023. Sunday night. No customers. Walk in and pathetically, a barman comes running to greet us with a hand sanitiser spray and temperature check gun.
I said, no thanks and then he said you can't enter without sanitising. Obviously still living in 2020.
Explains why they don't have customers.

When we were ordering they didn’t tell us if what we order is over minimum charge. But when we were paying they tell us we didn’t over minimum charge and we are in a rush to catch a train that’s a terrible situation! I don’t consider their drink are good cuz there are too many nice bars to visit! Bad service and bad environment I won’t visit again! One of the shoddy bar that I have never visited!
Absolutely incredible experience at this bar. The bartenders were super friendly and helpful when selecting drinks, and the drinks themselves were well made and tasted great. Worth the price for each drink. The ambiance in the bar was great too, the music is at a perfect volume and the lighting is not too dark, but not too bright. Best bar in Hsinchu for sure.
I have had nothing but good experiences at this bar. The staff are friendly, courteous, and patient. It also has a nice laid-back environment and good drinks. Be warned though it is an incredibly popular bar so make sure you check in ahead of time to see if they have space available. I highly suggest a visit if you're in the area.
