Barro's has good pizza, has good service, and is always clean. My wife and I love the salads. Good variety, always fresh, and a good value for your $$. Sometimes, we just come for a "to-go" salad. I had placed an order, build your own pizza with 12 wings. And they gave me the wrong order, definitely didn’t order a cheese pizza . On top of that I called and talk to a lady on the phone, she was rude & gave me an attitude about my order. Not sure if I’ll ever order from here again.. Barro's Pizza isn't just another pizza place, it's an experience! From the moment you walk in, the aroma of fresh dough and savory sauce hits you, and you know you're in for a treat. The friendly staff makes you feel like family, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. But the real star of the show is the pizza itself. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the toppings are fresh and generous. I had the sausage, and it was a flavor explosion! The cheese was perfectly melted and gooey. Barro's Pizza isn't just delicious, it's also affordable. They have great deals and specials, making it a perfect spot for a casual family dinner or a fun night out with friends. I highly recommend checking them out! You won't be disappointed. We miss our Barro's on 67th Ave, puts this location to shame. Firstly, the customer service here is terrible, no greeting, no smile, no thank you, seemed like both girls that served us do not like their job. Ordered my wife's usual Barbecue Chicken Pizza, which she gets with no chicken, it came with Chicken and it was burnt. Took it back and the second pizza was sloppily assembled, toppings piled in piles and this one was even more burnt, pic attached. I ordered my usual Thin crust Pepperoni with green olives, mine came out as original crust, but decided to keep it since I was hungry, mine also looked like a kindergartener cut it, Sloppy. Unfortunately that meant she watched me eat then I got to watch her eat. Overall very disappointing, the 67th Ave location has outstanding customer service and after at least 50 orders we never had bad pizza or any issues. Won't be returning to this location. Ordered a large pizza for pickup and for the second time now within a year, someone else picked up our order that wasn't us. So we had to wait for another pizza to be made. Was offered a "free" soda for comp. We don't drink soda, nothing else was offered. No coupon or discounts for our inconvenience. This is one of the best pizza places in Suprise, Arizona. The pizza is so yummy and fresh. I must say some of these young adults are really giving their best service to keep the place from getting over crowed . Thank you Saskya for your excellent service in keeping those lines moving. Great pizza and surprisingly fast delivery (arrived in 25 minutes when I was initially told an hour.) Got the meat lover's, hot wings, and meatballs covered with cheese and marinara all which were good. Presentation wise, food all looked superb, especially for your standard Pizza franchise. Everything looked appetizing and didn't disappoint. Overall I'd be willing to try Barro's again.

Pizza is good. Salad is really good. But service is great. Accidentally ordered from the wrong location and they helped me fix it and I hit out of there with some yummy food quickly. Ordered a pizza and was quoted an hour for delivery...through DoorDash as this location no longer delivers themselves. Had to call after 2 hours only to be told "this is the busiest day of the year". That may be, but I didn't quote the hour. Pizza finally arrives 2.5 hours after order confirmation...it's way overcooked AND cold. My family likes Barro's, and have been ordering from here for 8 years, but this would be the last time if left up to me. It's as though they just don't care. Sad.
