Spacious and outstanding outlet. Good & friendly staff service. Clean toilet. Caffe latte and japanese fine matcha was very good. Summer strawberry frappe with real strawberry yogurt taste. The Banana muffin was so fresh and soft. Loves the Toasties that we can have anytime of the day. . We had Hash brown with chicken slice and cheesy egg. We like the special wooden tray with bask bear embossed name. Hope you can add it to the Bask Bear merchandise so we can purchase it. Parking : 3/5 (Tricky) Food : 5/5 (Satisfied) Service : 5/5 (Fast, Warm & Friendly) Cleanliness : 5/5 (Spotless) Setup : 4/5 (Spacious, Minimal, Neat) Parking quite tricky, but it's not a problem if you don't mind to walk a bit. Went to Bask Bear for a cup of whatever I may try there. Ordered mocha and Japanese matcha. It's spacious inside and very neat, I feel so relax in there. The way BB didn't maxed-out the seating area so we can have a drink in relaxing ambience, thumbs up for that! In no time my order is ready, super fast (maybe because of off-peak hour?). This is good! The drinks, quite good. I'm no coffee lover or specialist, as long I got what I expected, that's good enough. Recommended if you look forward to try something new! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The price is decent. Sandwiches and drinks are both good. Understandable if the kitchen closed when YOU arrived closer during closing hours. People need to prepare to close and head home too. So plan your timing wisely people. It ain't that hard. Overall a good experience. I always go to the cafe when I have the time. 5 Stars Overall Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
