Absolutely terrible service. Being a jerk only makes the ridiculous pricing for small portions worse - and only two toppings available for ice cream? You're not hiding anything by not speaking English. It is obvious you are being unprofessional in front of customers. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have ordered the birthday cake there. It was the first time. I stayed very pleased. The cake was so tasty and beautiful. My son was very happy. Thank you very much. The owner is nice person, he reccomended the best ingredients. Thanks for long experience his work all cakes are wonderful.

Hello. My name is Derek swenson. I ordered today about 30 40 minutes ago and I wanted to thank you for helping me on the phone and assuring me if items being available. I previously was upset about an order and long story short I was wrong as it was not you guys fault. I ordered through Uber eats and they unfortunately won’t let me contact you guys to say thank you. The guy who helped me thank you. I got a reese sundae thing and was told there was sadly no more sauce for the reese sundae …very sad 😭 but it was great so thank you! The cookie dough sundae cup was amazing too. I needed to make this right so hopefully nobody got in trouble for my previous unsatisfactory experience. It’s ice cream and being delivered and you can’t help if it’s not absolutely perfect on arrival 40 minutes later. Side note: please get back that Reese’s sauce so I can try it please! This was my second time ever eating there and I love it so thank you! Have a good night.

Few days ago I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday party and I must say the cake was such a hit in my party and cake tasted so good. The owner took an effort in discussing my needs and making the cake to its capacity. I will recommend them if you want an ice cream cake.

If I could give zero stars I would. Manager disrespectful and does not take allergies seriously for my two kids who are extremely allergic to peanuts. Even made fun when I asked to ensure to use clean scooper. Then left employee to handle and would not even confront me. Manager showed thoughtlessness, inconsideration, laziness with no regards to kids safety. This manager that is in charge is unbelievable! Stay away from this place if you want get ice cream for family and kids. No regards to safety. Never coming here again. AVOID! Instead, some better options. Drive to Baskin Robbins next Marianos in Hoffman. Or soft serve at McD. Or Oberweiss or DQ in Schaumburg. Way better family friendly service!

With regards to places like DDs/Baskin-Robbins, I'm not exactly picky about the experience there outside of reasonably timely and friendly service. Here, I simply got both. I ordered a medium hibiscus tea, and that's what I got. Simple as that. Workers were friendly and quick with service as well. If I'm ever nearby and in need of a quick drink, looks like I have another stop.

Overnight customer service is horrible! There’s the rudest elderly man that works and doesn’t say a single thing just reaches his hand over to get your money. Today he made my drink and it didn’t taste right and when I went back to tell him that wasn’t the drink I ordered he fought back telling me it was when I told him if I can just get it remade or my money back he argued with me that nothing was wrong with it and that was what I ordered and wasn’t going to give me anything back. After he realized I was not going to leave without at least getting my money back he eventually handed my money over and snatched the drink from me. This is my go to dunkin BUT NEVER AGAIN!

12 minutes in the drive thru with 1 car ahead of me. When I asked why the wait was so long, his response was a sarcastic "She had a big order." And followed it up with "She had 3 shakes". No apology, or thanking me for waiting. The worst customer service.
