Today was a very unpleasant experience I walked to the location at 5:00 i stood in line at drive thru and was treated so rude by the Arab manager who was working the window today i was told to step aside an allow cars to complete there orders an he waved me off as if they were more important because i was walking i could stand to the side i was so embarrassed & disrespected for the neglect to take my order because i was walking …i will never spend another dime at this location

Just bad service overall a bunch of kids running the place and they close before the time! Teens come to lounge and play around with the employees smh not letting customers in I arrived at 8:30 and one of those teens locked the door not even an employee but the employees were allowing it and laughing. There was a bunch of customers confused because they where not let in. Management should check cameras. Proel wonder why places go out business.

Was good location, key WAS. The last 6 attempts to get dairy free gas to gone well, at all for that matter. First time they happened to be cleaning the "machine" not sure what machine but assumed innocence. Each time after that they haven't had dairy free in stock. We won't be back... Good customer service, a little slow inside but drive thru was moving. I came inside to be slow anyway so worked out lol. Ice cream for the family and everyone was happy. Just over $20 for 5 of us. We come here once and awhile as they are on of the few places who serve dairy free options, currently this place had 3 I think. A new flavor was recently added I heard.
The girl staff was rude as hell, they didn't say anything to me when i walked in and i stood there for a few minutes until i said something to them and that's when they said something to me about being with me in a few and my coffee ☕ was HORRIBLE.

I’ve been to this Baskin Robbins 5-6 times in the last 6 months. I kid you not twice they had no ice cream…What?! Once they had no chocolate sauce and today no hot fudge. This place is the worst. I’ll go a few extra miles to the next closest location.

I had a horrible experience here. I used to be a regular at this location, but it seems the staff truly don't care anymore. My wife and I went to this Dunkin donuts for the girl scout cookie flavored coffee. The guy working behind the counter had no idea what we were trying to order, despite it being on the giant sign behind him. His expression somehow said "I don't know what I'm doing," and "I don't care," at the same time. He walked over to the other 3 people standing by the drive thru window, laughed with them for a few minutes, and then another girl came by and finally took our order. Please have fun at your job, that's important! But you still have to TRY and pretend you care about the customers. We were the only ones in the store, and it took about 15 minutes to get our coffee. Thankfully there are other coffee options nearby. The coffee was delicious, but the service was too terrible to accept.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts all the time and the only thing I can say is that you should always use the drive-thru. Every time I've gone inside it's been terrible. Today I went with my brother and I asked for a medium hot latte and a medium cold latte. The girl behind the counter had no sense of customer service. And the rest of the staff didn't look so hot either. There was barely a greeting and no sense of urgency whatsoever. We were asked if we would mind waiting a few minutes for the machine to be clean and we both said no problem. We just sat down and talked. But after having waited probably a little under 10 minutes we finally got our orders and they were both completely wrong. Not just a little wrong, but completely wrong. The girl looked seriously confused and irritated that I clearly wanted different drinks. After waiting again for them to be corrected she then came to the counter and try to charge us again and for almost twice the amount. I told her she already charged us for the first drinks and that even the new Total was too high because of the special running. The girl clearly rang us up the first time and yet somehow forgot in that 15-minute span that she did. So she got two different employees to try to come over and look at the register to see if she had actually charged and I paid. Well the last employee was clearly frustrated and after a few attempts just gave up and told us that it was fine and to go ahead. It was still super irritating because not only did we have to deal with all of that mess but even the second drink that she made for me was wrong in that it contained things I did not want and that I mentioned I did not want the first time. If this was a one-off thing I would never write a review based on it. However, like I said, it's every single time I go inside instead of the drive-thru. Their focus clearly is on moving the vehicle through the line quickly instead of providing customer service to the face-to-face individuals who decide to step in. And that's too bad.

I'd give it negative 5 stars if I could. Asked for 3 scoops of ice cream in a cup. Received a scoop and a half at best. Go down the road to Alsip at about 12150 S. Cicero for accurate portions. Maybe these teens are stock holders at Oak Lawn store.

Just went there with my family, we had to go through the drive through since the inside was closed and asked the girl if she could give us some flavors because my daughter didn’t know what she wanted. The girl replied we have “32 flavors” so we named some flavors off if they had them and she said no... then she got mad at me when I asked if they had Cotten candy and yelled back in an snotty attitude “no we don’t have that”. I was so disappointed that they couldn’t give us a better service and she very disrespectful, we ended up going to Andy’s frozen custard where we always get service with a smile.

Just left this location. Waited several minutes at counter for someone to take my order. Guy at drive thru window saw me but didn’t budge nor attempt to help me or get a coworker. So I turn and leave. White guy who showed up like a minute before I walked out suddenly has the attention of the guy who’s now stepped away from the drive thru window to help him at the counter. Currently stopping at another location.
