This five star review was earned by Coffey (the employee, not the drink.) It’s rare these days to find someone positive and ready to help who truly seems like they enjoy their job but Miss. Coffey made our experience great. It was a plus that the love potion, Cookie Monster, and Rocky road were delicious too! I did not read any reviews before stopping here, & glad I didn't. I read the other reviews, clearly managment made changes. I stopped by on a long road trip for business. I visited their restroom first (men's room) and it was the cleanest public bathroom I've been in in quite some time. Everything in the store was clean, neat and organized. The 3 young ladies working were all polite to me and my Pumpkin Cheesecake milkshake is delicious. My visit was approximately 3:15 p.m. on a Wednesday. Having worked fastfood myself I know it's a lot easier have things clean and nice when you're not slammed at work. People should have more empathy/patience. :^)

Stood there 22 minutes to be literally ignored. I worked customer service 22 years and so I was willing to be patient, but to be completely ignored for more than 20 minutes with only 4 customers total was a complete failure. It looked like there was only 2 ppl in the store all together which screams not only failure on mngmt, but also a severe security issue. Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We gave this place a try because sonic doesn't make banana splits anymore. It was a good choice! Overall, a good experience and friendly staff. We were the only ones eating inside, and they weren't busy. Still, two of the usable tables were gross and had ice cream all over them. I guess they don't pay much attention to that area now that most people don't eat in the dining area these days anyway. We did because it's hard to share a banana split with someone in the truck... We will definitely be back. Hopefully with clean tables to sit at next time.

Great stop on our road trip! The ladies working were nice and helpful. Delish choices but many were sold out. Clean and updated inside. Good parking. Great ice cream cake options available too. Downside, they were out of hot fudge and full sized spoons and some flavor tags were missing.

First time even trying this place and what ice cream place doesn't have topings for sundays... first and last time I will ever go there. Once was informed they had no toppings I turned around and walked out. And not even gonna go into how disgusting the placed looked. Food on floor and tables. Honestly this place serves no purpose in the community. Bring us a dairy queen. But until then sonic will get my business.

***BEWARE*** Don't waste your time with this dirty, nasty place. It should be closed down by the health department. They're out of most everything. What they do have is old dried up nasty stuff that should be thrown in the trash. The employee even said it wasn't worth eating. It was nasty. We won't ever darken your doorstep again at this place. You should do yourself a favor and just close the doors so people don't come out of their way to be disappointed.

My husband and I were out on date night an went to Baskin Robbins. Last night. We have both been deathly sick all night. Food poisoning is the worst
