You will enjoy its food, especially nicely cooked sundaes, mint chocolate and mint chocolate chip. Most likely, you'll return to this confectionary restaurant later to try great cappuccino. Clients don't like causa at Baskin-Robbins. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Prices are found attractive here. The designer created a fine decor. This spot is rated on Google 4.1 by its guests.

I was looking forward to a Sunday and they said they cleaned up for the night it was around 9 at night went back few weeks later at 8 they said we cleaned up very disappointing

I went to your location 2 times in the evening and by 8:45 pm they would not serve me a banana nor would tgey maje a sundae said they got the stations already cleaned up. I told him the store doesn't close till 10pm why you not taking care of your customer he didn't answer. I will find me a new place to have ice cream I will never go back here. There were other customers wanted sundaes and they would not serve them either. Not good business

Found my favorite Chocolate Peanut Butter in quart size. Ordered wild and reckless in a cup, delicious. And most people's favorite Mint Chocolate Chip scoop. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Not too busy when I arrived.

They're not open till 10pm; got here at 9:45pm & they've got the door locked, although they're still here.

It's a hit and miss with customer service here nowadays. Just a tip, if you order you ice cream, always watch them to make sure they're getting the right flavor, no matter how many times you and the supervisor tells them which flavor. If not, you'll go home with the wrong order and they'll ask you you bring the wrong ice cream back (melted or not)! Ridiculous request, but I guess that's how they run their store. 😂 Oh and keep an eye on your receipt, some items they'll charge you for a Large when you got a small and they won't correct any of their mistakes not even an apology. Just take the drive to the Baskin Robbins in Suisun. Hopefully you'll have better luck there.

Walked in yesterday with my son to hear distasteful, vulgar, music degrading women. The older woman (who always happens to be there) was there nonchalantly making cones, no care as to what was blasting over the speakers. It's an ice cream parlor, not a nightclub..

I came in at 8:50 place is supposed to be close at 10pm everything was off already and they didn't want to serve ice cream cause it was late. Couple of customers before me weren't being help either. Associates picked and chose what ice cream flavors they wanted to serve.

The current management is corrupt. Making kids work past the closing time. Lying when a kid tests positive for covid and say they have a leg injury so they can keep the other employees at work so they aren't potentially exposed and keep working. This current location is in numerous violations to include Child labor laws. Enjoy your ice cream. SMDH!!

First off I'm writing this about my wife's work experience there,Bali the manager is rude and disrespectful, she treated my disabled wife horribly for no reason other then giving a 2 week notice because her health was getting worse. My wife has stage 5 Renal failure. So after a week waiting for her last Check just to find out this disrespectful manager didn't tell the owner she quit..also they hide there covid 19 case's so the place stays open. They also break several health codes. Wich I took pictures off and will be sending to the health department..don't let anyone you know or loved one work for them. The manager should be fired. They been reported to the labor board too.

It's a well established company with a huge selection of frozen or chilled goodies. My only issue with all BR locations... tables get sticky quickly... and unfortunately they run only 3-4 staff... so it can take a minute to get the tables wiped down...other than that watching my chocolate covered kids enjoy a scoop is delightful
