Arrived at 8:30 PM and the doors were already locked. Asked through the window, the blonde girl at the counter said they were closed and flicked the lights off. Google states the business confirmed closing at 9:00 PM two weeks ago. Sent a report to the BR website for management to check on them. I worked customer service too and you can’t just close early on people. Service: 1

They have dairy free ice cream now in several different flavors. This is amazing since my son is lactose intolerant and he was always stuck getting a sherbet or something but he actually got cookie dough! Super cool.

Ordered an ice cream cake online and it was the pancake cake! They did an excellent job! Looked great! They got all sorts of deals ... ask ! Great customer service!

Wife ordered a cake online. When I called to check on it the girl who answered told me it should be fine but didn't bother to check and rushed me off the phone. Really crummy customer service. Not impressed. Product is fine. Can't blame the ice cream.

Great. Ice cream is always good. Had a banana royal. They will custom make an ice cream cake. Edit, went back on March 16, 2019 and the banana royal was... Not right. This is way smaller then it should have been
