I've been coming here for almost four years, the customer service is excellent. Most of the time the place is busy and the employees are always pleasant and they're definitely my first responders for my morning blast! Service: 5

Employees are not too attentive towards customers needs plus the prices were a bit expensive for the portion you receive. Probably won't visit for a while.

As far as Dunkin donuts goes, this is a decent place for a quick bite to eat. Sometimes it gets a little crazy because it's both Dunkin and Baskin, however the people are rather friendly and they do a decent job at making your coffee/food. I usually get an iced coffee and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. It's a basic order and so far no complaints when I get from this Dunkin.

The place is inconveniently located, to the point where you can get stuck in their parking lot because there's a car trying to use the place as a way to do a u-turn or just trying to get in through either one of the confusing entrances. The wait was super long, just for them to not have any vanilla, surprisingly. And their chocolate chip cookie dough did not taste like it should have. The staff was nice and communicative.

Worst place ever! After I’m standing in line for ice cream 🍨. The rep tells me to go wait in the Dunkin Coffee line. So rude . Helps all his Spanish folks than turns me away! After seeing me wait five mins plus IN THE HEAT in the baskin robin section; he tells me I’m in the wrong line. SERIOUSLY!! DISRESPECTFUL & MAKES NO SENSE WHY THERE IS A CASH REGISTER AT THE ICE CREAM SECTION WHEN YOU CANT ORDER THERE !! What !! IM OUT WITH MY AMEX ‼️‼️‼️‼️

Horrible service!!! Standing at ice cream counter girl ignores and continues with her TikTok video !!! Finally order and she speaks only Spanish to customers and catches attitude when you ask for flavors as well catches attitude when you ask “ I’m sorry what did you say “ and throughout the whole process she’s on TikTok !!! Horrible I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star

Thank you for the human factor. I appreciate this establishment. They treat people like people. You are appreciated. My advice to customers is to call ahead...get the hours & work within the time constraints. The pandemic has thrown everyone's times off. I get it. However,the product; the Strawberry Cheesecake Icecream & the Service is 2nd to NONE. THANK YOU FOR obliging me & my daughter. You ALL are truly appreciated. Thank You.

On a normale occasion i would think it's a good idea 💡 Not today I had the rudest person helping me. He took my order wrong and he told me I was wrong while everyone heard me and instead of just correct it he told me to get around and order it again. The audacity of this guy. If I didn't have the kids in the car I would've totally punch him 😡 and he tells me That he's being nice to me. I'm like if this is nice how are you when your rude ught I hate when 1 employee or owner can mess up your whole experience 😡😡😡
