I'm happy to say that recently I've had 2 very good experiences at the Petaluma Baskin-Robbins. A few years ago I ordered 2 very special ice cream cakes for a family reunion.The person wrote my order down & I had the receipt. I had prepaid about $60 for the 2. Got there for pick up but they had no record of it. They then looked at the order book & found my order but they said the cakes probably hadn't come in yet. I asked for the manager's contact info. The young kids behind the counter said they didn't know him & he only came in every 3 months. It went downhill from there. I think it must have a new owner or manager now. Much better. I might even order a special cake just to see what happens.

We stopped by to pick up vanilla and Rainbow sherbet (a staple for us). It was 10am and the lovely woman let us in and was more that happy to fill our order. I was so pleasantly surprised by her actions. 3 cheers for the new owners! A few times in the past they weren’t even open at 11am. Called the property Manager 3 times.

The girls were busy as hell but they noted who came in and the order they entered. I gave them a 4 because the ice cream I wanted wasn't in from corporate yet, but was listed as available in Nov. Not their fault, but I was disappointed. Oh well, I think I'll survive.

Absolutely magnificent store. The workers are fantastic and deserve more tips than they get. Fantastic ice cream, perfect temperature and consistency, everything in stock. Amazing. Very cheap. These other reviews should be ignored. They are from people with over the top standards. It is an ice cream place run by teenagers and for that, it’s suprisingly good. Unless you’re coming here for cheap ice cream after a hard day or to get ice cream for your kid. This is not a place to come for a master sundae. It’s Baskin Robbins. This was the cleanest Baskin-Robbins I have been to. Of course the flavors are out of this world. Staff was happy and smiling. Made a fun day. The location is great between Grocery Outlet and the Dollar tree

Some dude gave me a “FORTNITE BURGER” after my brother begged for one and it tasted awful. It was literally two of the worse flavors there like pumpkin and thus spicy chocolate, but he also gave me the things I ordered so in the end I’m leaving happy. Thank you Sir! Very Cool!

Great service and always with a smile. The new owner is very serious about listening to her customers and giving them the best experience she can. Love the new updated interior and outside umbrellas.
