Yesterday afternoon had the new Oreo stuffed cappuccino coffee. It's really great and you can definitely taste the strong coffee in it.

I've been coming here since I was a kid and that was a long time ago lol. They are super friendly and have all kinds of ice cream treats including shakes and coffee drinks, ice cream cakes and even ice cream pizza go figure. I go by here at least 3 times a week. I walk here so I earn my treat lol. Go see them, take the kids and have a bit of fun.

My cake's box handle broken, i asked them to write something and...see picture below.... Smudges everywhere on the cake like they're trying to fix the mistake the made but EPICALLY FAILED! Customer service is zero! Staff attitude personally ZERO! QUALITY OVERALL ZERO! One employee literally just walking around back and forth doing nothing instead of helping the line to move faster by do the writing at the back while the cashier cashing people out.. You would think when you picked a place such as Baskin Robbins (this is an international franchise mind you and at other countries the service & location are outstanding) you'd get good (at least because it's San Bernardino) quality on products and services but nope!

Today that were giving the banana royale for $5 which I thought was a great deal. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.

This place have been serving up delicious frozen desserts for my entire lifetime. So many flavors of ice cream to choose from.

Friendly customer service and this one seems to always give you bigger scoops than other locations.

Not bad if getting a special. Toppings are a joke. You can't get a little of both have to choose one or the other! Sometimes I like just a little bit of caramel and hot fudgue on my sundae or pineapple,Caramel and hot fudge on a Bannana split.
