I used to go the the Yorktown & brookhurst BR, now I'm a customer at this location because of the service and the proper amount of ice cream serving you get. They are fast, yet attentive. They don't rush your order or ice cream experience. The lady in charge reminds me of the old school ice cream B&R. She makes you feel welcome and gives you a big scoop. She asks if there is anything else you would like to order, but asks in a non rushing way. Thank you for reminding me of the old 31 flavors welcoming ice cream experience I used to get as a kid!

Please do not support this location. The Vietnamese lady, who is likely the owner, is the rudest person you'll meet. She's got no customer service personality. She will let out a big sigh when you ask for a sample, pressure and guilt trip you to buy more, complain when she has make anything- the absolute worst. Crazy how this place remains open, instead go to Rite-Aid across the street. See for yourself if don't believe me, but make sure you walk out.

over priced, unacceptably small portions, waffle cone was dry and cracked strongly prefer Handels for all 3 of those reasons, and will never visit this location again

June was definitely a sweetheart. I had a cake back in May and I can say that I've never had a cake that tasted any better. The ice cream was phenomenal, the location definitely was my favorite out of all the ones I have been in Orange County. The shop was very welcoming with June working, the most sweetest and passionate person can be for her job. Definitely will be ordering here from now on even if it is 10 more minutes away from my nearest location!

Lady was clueless when I called her I ask her what time they closed she hanged up. When we got there we went came in we were looking and she was like please hurry because I am closing soon and I do not want to stay late.Then we were looking at the tubs of ice cream and she was like "get the tubs make it easy on me"she keeped telling us that. But when we opened the refrigerator to get the ice cream and we were looking at the flavors she said "closed the doors because we do not want the ice cream Melting".In my mind at the time was like you want us to buy the tub but do not look at it. I would not recommend I would go somewhere else.

Today 12/23/2020 I came to ordered cake for my 6 years old daughter birthday. The man staff very friendly and helpful even no charge free candles. I definitely come back and recommend to all friends.

I usually love Baskin-Robbins, and I’ve been to this one a few times and each time they have a new worker. Only one. This time my milkshake wasn’t even blended all the way and we were the only ones in there so she wasn’t even busy. Honestly please just train your employees better

There was a lot of us that came here spent almost $100 and I ordered a mint chocolate chip shake I tried to explain to the lady she put to much milk and can not taste the mint she started yelling that's the way its done with milk and so forth I told her you know it's ok! She was saying hurry in so busy and I was like yes doing our order! Never I've seen a mint shake not green! Never will I ever go here again! I wouldn't give 1 star but I needed to put 1 so I can leave a review!
