I visited here with my children today 2/26/24 at almost 6 in the evening. I stood around waiting to order ice cream for about 10mins and no one ever said anything to me. Not even a hello when I walked in. After the first 5mins I thought maybe I should order at the kiosk but you can’t order baskin at the kiosk. So I waited another 5mins before I eventually left. I visit this location for Dunkin’ every single morning and don’t have a problem in the mornings but the afternoon staff sucks!!! 0/10 do not recommend! Service: 1

I was on the hunt for someone that did custom ice cream cakes, and thank goodness I called around. The bakery at Food Lion mentioned Baskin Robbins and they did an excellent job!!! It was a very specific thing I wanted and they delivered for a great price and efficient service. It was ready before the time I requested and that actually ended up working in my favor. I'll definitely do this again. Nice staff, too.

Placed my order. It's my birthday and i really wanted a HOT FUDGE SUNDAY. Paid for it. Then the kid said. We have no hot FUDGE. You want Carmel I stead. Ugh no why didn't you tell me before I paid.

Very friendly staff always in the drive thru. Unfortunately milkshakes are very watery (milk) ~~~ not thick at all anymore. I wonder if only one scoop of ice cream is used in a large shake?? I'd happily pay extra to get more ice cream. I could but 2 gallons of milk for the price of a large milkshake.

I went to this location because I was passing through Rock Hill. The waif time in drive thru was ridiculous long. Not sure why because once I did order and pull around there were no other customers in front of me; however, at least 5 other cars were behind me waiting to order. Staff were very friendly which is why I give the location 5 stars.

They lack in customer service. Drive thru was a joke. I won't be back nor recommend to anyone. I'll drive a bit further and go to any other place that respects customers and trains their employees to this

Lobby closed!! DRIVE THRU ONLY! No menu of what kind of ice cream to order. Not sure why the lobby was closed. I think someone needs to come in and review the management and the way things are handled.

When we drove up to the drive through, I told my husband to ask if they had a cherry flavored ice cream. The reply was “we have cherries jubilee.” My husband ordered one scoop. “Sorry, we’re out.” Why even mention it?? So, I ordered a vanilla sundae with hot fudge. They asked “do you want whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry?” We said, “hold the nuts.” We paid and picked up our treats. Begin to pull away and my heart stopped. They had put strawberries on my Sundae. I’m allergic to strawberries. All I wanted was some ice cream. What a disappointment. On a side note- they are always out of something. Last time our son wanted a chocolate shake. They were out of all chocolate ice cream. Someone needs to say to the person who places the orders. “You had one job!” Bottom line- DQ is across the street.
