Clean store, and it smells really good inside, which is always a plus. The staff was friendly, and the quality and quantity of ice creams and flavors is amazing. And the servings are bigger than I expected them to be, which was an added bonus. I only like 3 flavors from the chain of locations, however, I’m not opposed to ordering all 31 flavors once or twice. The ice cream is the crème de la crème of ice cream places and is preferable over Ghirardelli and/or frozen yogurt like Menchies any day of the week-save for gelato. I took my two little ones here tonight and the guy that helped was really patient with us and so nice! He saw that my little dropped her ice cream as we were about to leave and he didn’t even hesitate to start scooping her up a new ice cream cone. She was so happy. wish i got his name but thank you again! We will be back!

Beautifully redesigned store and under new ownership. Very clean and lots of choices of ice cream to choose from. Very cute cakes as well!

My favorite Baskin Robbins location! Great customer service, always stocked with the most beautifully decorated cakes! I have ordered a few special cakes and they always go above and beyond to accommodate my requests!

The ice cream at BR is always great, of course. The great service we got at this location, last night, was even better. Our server was patient and friendly. We sampled and joked. She was great! I wish I'd gotten her name.
