This location KEEPS closing early for NO REASON. Last time I came here a couple of weeks ago, as soon as we left they locked up and left with their friends who were sitting in the parking lot at 8. Pull up today at 9 and it’s closed AGAIN! You guys need to fire the high schoolers that work there and get better employees if they can’t do a basic job as simple as staying open until close. Back when I worked retail, it was normal for us to stay open an hour after closing. But I guess nobody cares about good business anymore. I used to come here multiple times a week, needless to say I’m not coming back if they can’t keep their employees from leaving early. Service: 1

I know they are open until 10pm everyday and I called to make sure they would be open and I arrived at 8:55pm and the doors were locked. There was a gentleman mopping and he refused to serve us. There were 7 of us and were excited to be coming for ice cream. I was very polite and even offered to tip him for the inconvenience of honoring the hours posted on the door.he refused us. I was so irritated. The door has a sign that says open daily until 10pm. Needless to say,,I won't be returning to that location agsin. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This store is ran and supervised by complete idiots. Can't break 20s can't figure out a card reader. They continue to run out of flavors cones and toppings. They talk badly about customers when they don't leave a tip in front of current customers into trying to bully them to leave a tip. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service was alright. However, this evening they were out of everything. I ordered three brownie sundaes. Prior to ordering them I asked if they had them. The young lady said yes. However no vanilla or chocolate ice cream. No hot syrup. No nuts. The young ladies were friendly but when I asked they should've let me know they everything to make them was out of stock.

I love going there with my family they have good selection on ice cream my favorite is the pistachio ice cream Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went in Tonight and they only had 6 flavors 30 minutes before closing and I asked for a flavor then the young girl told me yea we have it but I'm not getting it for you. Out of those 6 flavors 4 of them didn't even have enough for one scoop unless u wanted what was freezer burnt stuck to the sides and it didn't even cover the bottom of the container. The young girl told us that the manager had told her to do it and it needed cleaned and she did not know when the manager would be back to clean it. Sounds to me like poor management skills. Our only choices were the sugar free and dairy free ice cream and like the and the other couple that had enough to make a scoop.
