Ordered a two scoop Sundae and got this. Half the size of a single scoop cup. Not impressed at all.

Walked in and Knock Knock by Mac Miller is blasting. Completely inappropriate for an establishment frequented by families. Ice cream itself is fine but it's a typical chain establishment. Go to Swirl'd in Lodi instead.

Like the ice cream, but the staff is apathetic and the place always looks dirty. Tables are sticky, paper on the floor, etc all while the staff stands around and has conversations.

I can’t even count how many times the employees have told us that their blenders are not working if we come in after 9 PM. They’re never friendly, the milkshakes are inconsistent and they often close before 10 PM.

this is a one star review because of my experience, with the girl that was working. she did not have joyful customer service, luckily I got her name which was hanna. she asked if we wanted anything else with attitude, three of us standing there and only ordering one thing so far, we said yes and she rolled her eyes, not just once but multiple times. although there was a gentlemen working and had delightful customer service and a hard worker. I didn't catch his name and was unable to tip him

A lot of songs playing weren't family appropriate, but also they charged the sprinkles to my serving, instead of the kids scoop serving, so I paid more than I should have. Guess I'll have to make sure I'm charged correctly before paying if I come again.

I order on DoorDash quite frequently from all over and whenever I end up ordering from here I get random things I didn’t order. I’ve learned they get my order right maybe 20% of the time and when they do something along the lines of leakage and spillage - not to mention that same stuff happening even when they don’t get the order right. Putting drinks all together in a paper bag so it leaks all over the drivers car and tears through the bags….and that’s when they get the orders right! I’ve tried giving them multiple chances but every time is a complete waste of money and time. Save yourself the trouble and head to the one over east closer to Highway 99. Especially if you have kids - unless you enjoy explaining why even though Mom said we can have ice cream, the ladies at Baskin Robbins said “sure have someone else’s crushed cup of cream cream or just you get nothing we even added some almonds to help with that allergy of yours so if you eat it you die!”
