I’ve come here multiple times trying to give it chance after chance. Every time I come they are rude and look miserable and all look young like they hate their job. When I walk in and I’m just being stared at and I’m the one who has to say hi to you?? How unprofessional. Hire people who actually can smile and be kind. Disappointing. They need to update the online hours. I drove 25 minutes from Stockton to this location specifically because online it says they're open until 11 on Friday. They locked the doors just as I pulled up because they actually close at 10:30. Complete waste of time.

Ordered 2 lg cappuccino blasts yesterday. They were both watered down. Didn't even taste like they have in the past.

Baskin-Robbins, has the best ice-cream in town. The people that work in this place are very rude. Will not come to this place ever again. This place needs friendly workers with nice attitude. Everyone that works there looks like they are having a bad day.

Good place to get some ice cream. The ice cream taste great. It is very creamy. The customer service is average. The prices seem higher but you get what you paid for. I like to go in for a treat every once in a while.

I got there at 10:40 Friday night, but the 2 girls working told us they closed at 10:30 and turned us away. That's not what it says on google unfortunately. And when I worked there 5 years ago it was usually 11 on the weekends. They still had the doors open and everything. No worries, just a waste of a drive.

Excellent servise by Monique she was by herself and the line was long. lots of kids, she didnot stress and was serving quickly beautiful smile Take in consideration it was 1:20 pm and 90 degree weather :)

3.8 rating?!! Seriously in my opinion that should be a 5.0 rating. The staff knows how to scoop a real baskin robins scoop I’m from San Diego an upon moving here this location I can’t remember why I went to this one instead I then went to another one nearby and not only did I feel uncomfortable because I was not greeted, my scoop was indefinitely not a BR scoop. I’d rather go to this location even if it’s a little farther

What's better than Baskin Robbins for dessert after dinner? Nothing! Jamoca, Black Walnut and Pistachio Almond are favorites.
