The level of disrespect and incompetence displayed by the cafe was appalling. I came today and ordered a salmon toast and a fruit cocktail. I patiently waited for over 40 minutes still without my order. The girl at the front counter seemed more interested in her phone than attending to my order. There was nobody else in the cafe the whole time I was there. When I asked about my order, she appeared confused & attempted to charge me again. I waited another 20 minutes and only got the toast. I waited again and she forgot about the cocktail. I even saw the chef at one point leave and go to Navarro to get produce. No one bothered to apologize for the inconvenience or acknowledge the mishandling of the situation. This cafe failed miserably in delivering good customer service. They lack basic professionalism. Genuinely the worst knafe I have ever had in my life. It felt like they just slabbed the dough onto a piece of mozzarella cheese and called it knafe, it was cold, tough to chew, the dough was soggy, it was genuinely terrible. The cherry on top is that a single portion, shown in the picture, is $10!!! Overpriced, poorly made, tasted terrible, would not come here again. Disappointing.
