Such a relaxing and inviting vibe from the moment you walk in the door. The decor was gorgeous and so cozy. Simple but a touch above the everyday options for breakfast and lunch. Unlimited coffee and tea options. Flights available for coffees and teas, hot or iced. I ordered the avocado toast (The August) and shared a coffee flight with friends. Although our wait was a touch long due to some staffing issues, they went above and beyond to let us know they appreciated our patience. Such a great experience. We will definitely come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What makes a place worth visiting again is the delicious food, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Bear Necessities checks all the boxes for me. I highly recommend the flight of coffee and their Sammie. We had the bacon and ham Sammie and it was delicious. Also, the flight of coffee was the best way to wash everything down. I will definitely put this on my list of favorite places in Dahlonega. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A must stop on your way into Dahlonega. We enjoyed our visit to this new coffee cafe on a cold October morning. Such a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with cute decor. Staff and owner were welcoming and friendly with great service. Nice selections of drinks with delicious breakfast choices. My amazing frittata came with fresh cut fruit and sourdough toast and my children’s yummy breakfast Sammie’s on Everything bagels also came with the fruit. Little details made for a fun and enjoyable visit. Can’t wait for a return trip to such a special find.

Visiting this cafe was a highlight of my recent trip to GA! I had a phenomenal coffee flight with the seasonal flavors. Also had a breakfast sandwich with fresh fruit on the side. The eggs were very well-seasoned compared to most other places. I was very impressed with the kindness and attentiveness of the staff.

We absolutely loved our time here! We met the owners, Joel and Suzy, and they were so kind and hospitable! It was such a cozy and inviting atmosphere, and the coffee was great! We especially loved that they did a coffee flight, it was so fun! Highly recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We loved Bear Necessities Cafe! The staff was extremely friendly & personable. The atmosphere was homey & inviting. We ordered a bacon egg and cheese everything bagel & a brown sugar iced latte. Both were amazing & reasonably priced. We would highly recommend stopping in!

I love this coffee house tucked away in the North Georgia Mountains! Beautiful views of the mountains. Music is nice. Food is delicious. Coffee is fantastic, but I would have to say, My favorite thing at Bear Necessities is the friendly service.

Absolutely loved this place! I am super picky with my coffee and this was the BEST coffee I have ever had. The inside is absolutely beautiful. We got breakfast bagel sandwiches and they were delicious!!! We will definitely be back and be telling everyone about this amazing place !!!

This place was so cool and was so different than your normal coffee shop! The decorating was inviting and really well designed. And the coffee… YUM! It was the perfect amount of sweet without being overwhelming. And to top it all off, they saw we had our dogs in the car and gave them treats too! Great service, excellent coffee.
