My family and I love this type of food, but quite honestly this place in big bear is way overrated prices are ridiculous for the ramen soup not quality!
Spicy wontons was decent!
I would not recommend this place but if you don't know any better you might like it..

Spicy Wontons
Located in the village. We stopped by for an early dinner and was empty inside. I ordered a whiskey shoyu ramen with crispy tofu. Spouse had the miso ramen with grilled chicken since pork belly was sold out. We ate inside, however it felt a bit stuffy and had lots of flies around. I enjoyed the crispy tofu as was made fresh. Ramen had a lot of noodles and toppings were good, however felt the broth for both were okay.

The service and interior are great. The staff were nice and also pretty efficient. Unfortunately the food was quite bad. People were raving about the pork belly and the popcorn chicken so I got both, and both were unappetizing. The chicken was very hard and the pork belly was completely dry. Neither were tender, even though I ate the food right away.

Shrimp was delicious and place is very clean. Drinks are great too.
I do have two suggestions though. The noodle bowl meat seemed very greasy. Also, the music being played was not appropriate and changed the vibe in the place.
Didn't appreciate the cussing, N word, and B word every other sentence. I understand trying to be hip for the younger crowd but this is not the way.

Ordered take out at this new place in Big Bear. Recommended by a friend and she was right. Very flavorful, no need to add anything to the dishes as presented. Take out was placed in good containers and plenty of silverware and napkins were provided. I love ramen and will be coming back.

Staff were on it this weekend! Super busy but we’ll worth it. It’s about time there was a ramen place in Big Bear. Definitely worth a try if you’re in the mood for it.
They also had vegetarian options and I believe vegan as well? So that’s always a plus. Not a long wait though they were busy.
Definitely going again soon.

Not very authentic, but the only place for noodles in big bear. Expect food court quality. Try the spicy wonton if you like vinegar and garlic. Just note it's not spicy at all.
Did not know what to expect with a noodle restaurant. Will not go back. Ordered teriyaki rice bowl with grilled chicken. The chicken is low quality meat, which I didn’t understand because the cost is so high. There was something all over the grilled chicken, not sure what it was. Didn’t look like seasoning. Teriyaki rice bowl, with no more than a small ketchup packet of teriyaki sauce. Was like a bowl of dry chick with steamed rice. Other people in my party ordered miso soup, and ended up leaving it, as flavor was no very good. The popcorn chicken is large chunks of what appeared may be thigh meat, was dried out so bad, it was inedible. Also had horrid gooey darker brown side. Needless to say the popcorn chicken was not eaten. We spent over $100 for 5 people and some walked out of there hungry, as food was not very good. Definitely would not go again.

Pretty mid for the price. I’ve had better ramen that cost less, has better quality ingredients, and less wait times. We ordered Shoyu and Miso. Miso was pretty sweet and tasteful. Shoyu was much less flavorful. We also asked for chicken in the shoyu, but were given pork chashu and a piece of beef. egg was overcooked and chashu was inconsistent. Meaning it was tender with some pieces but tough on other pieces. We also waited more than the 20 minute wait time and watched as this guy placed our food down but didn’t call
our name until later. we came when it was busy so maybe if nothing was rushed it’d be worth the price.
i will say there was good proportions. plenty of broth, noodles, and chashu

This restaurant is exactly what I was looking for and what is missing in Big Bear Village. I have been craving Taiwanese and Japanese noodle soup, but there has not been anything good in Big Bear. The whisky Shoyu is a must-try. Definitely come back again (:
