A gem of a whiskey bar hidden in the inland northwest. My wife and I stop by wherever we are in the area. The bar tenders are knowable and extremely friendly. The drink menu is unique and inspired and very well crafted. The atmosphere is chill and welcoming. An absolute must visit. Wow was invented here! Subtle, classic and exceptional. A perfect and comfortable setting where hard hats and suits can come together and enjoy the best that grain and craftsmanship have taken life--elevated above the mundane. The service, quality and selection of craft cocktails make the heart glad and make you understand the meaning of bittersweet partings. Each visit is a reward and upon leaving you long for your next sweet embrace of the amazing menu and skillfully artistic work of the entire team. Huzzah to Hilary, Garett, Ramon and Rachel (yes Garett has one "R"). The new dream team. This is now my new measuring stick by which I will judge all others.
