This place was always a favorite but within the last year NOT! Avocado wraps where I have to ask for extra to get enough to taste on the regular AND charged for asking for more. Salads that have decreased in size to only increase in price. Today a simple broccoli cheddar potato to barely have enough cheese to even see it between the broccoli florets. Come on Beef a Roo. Their food is always tasty, but it's been a while since we've been there and the portion sizes have been reduced by a noticeable amount. Also, we needed to use a high chair and it wasn't very clean. I had to get wet napkins to wipe it down myself. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Why do we continue going here? This is the third time in a row where we have got drive thru and got home and something missing from order. Shame on me I guess for not fully checking bag completely but with food for 4 the bag was crammed full. Got home and called. Whoever took call I guess tried rectifying situation first by coming back to get 5 piece tender. I'm 15 minutes away so option is useless since other food will be cold. If you offer that you need to be offering to make the whole thing over. Secondly I only went there for something quick because kids had practice. It's late I need to feed my kids. She ended up taking them off our bill but it doesn't make up for the inconvenience. Beef a too I have been a life long customer but from today out you can consider me a customer no longer. Love the food at beef a roo ! The cheese fries are still best to date and the jamoca shake as well . I have as yet to have a bad meal or exp from this fast food jem .the berry salad is a must try.cant wait for this resturant to come to my state. I look forward to my next visit ! I would like to give a HUGE shout out to the staff and the manager on duty Wednesday November 22nd 2023. We were traveling across the state and stopped with our family of 6. I want to share 2 amazing guest service interactions. It is rare to encounter team members who have passion and pride in their job and on this visit we encountered this not once but twice. My wife went in and placed a large order. She noticed that the soup of the day was Chicken Tortilla. My wife asked the team member (a gray haired woman probably in 60s) "Is the Chicken Tortilla Soup Cream based? My husband is a Tortilla Soup connoisseur and loves the creamy style." She responded "It is on the creamy side, and I think it is very good." My wife ordered it among many other things. One of the items we ordered were onion rings. When we got back into the car to set up our food and get ready to continue the drive we noticed a burnt and "blobby" mess of what should be onion rings. I went back into the store and took these "ugly rings." To be honest I was ready for an eye roll and half-hearted response. I approached the counter and was addressed by what I assume was the MOD. "How can I help you" "My wife was just in here and we got these onion rings. I was wondering if we could get a new batch" She looked at the "rings" and said "Oh you sure can!" She then turned around and said very politely to the fry cook. "Please Drop an order of rings and make sure they don't look like this." He dropped new rings after a few minutes they were ready and handed off hot and fresh. The cashier could have responded "the soup is good." The manager could have blamed and then yellled at the cook. None of that took place. This experience was a master class in guest service and wholesome management. Kudos to Roscoe Beef-a-roo. You are doing it right!! Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
