Ben and Jerry's don't require a lot of explanations. Despite it's proximity to the birthplace of this super brand this location is not significantly different from any other Ben and Jerry's you've seen elsewhere. Located in the lower level, next to a pizza parlor, pub and a self service cafeteria. It's a few steps away from the fine dining restaurant and lifts. So it's a great location to grab some of the brand's best known flavors at the end of a long ski day (make sure you check the opening times as they change by day and season). Restrooms are available in the building, there are a few indoor seating places here and a bunch more on the other floors. Just be careful when you pass by here, because the tantalizing smell of freshly made waffles lingers in the air here at all times... Service Dine in Meal type Other Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

A small local favorite ice cream scoop shop inside smuggler’s notch family resort, Vermont. Tried a few flavors and that were very good. Visited on a weekday in July 2022 and it was busy.

The Ben & Jerry's at Smuggs resort is great. All the Ben and Jerry's flavors you love without as long of a wait in Waterbury. Very friendly and helpful, letting us try many flavors before we picked!

Been coming here for a few years now. Still great service and friendly staff. The ice cream is delicious as always. I recommend the smores flavor.

This is a great way to get refreshed with a very tasty flavorful ice cream treat. Their story of their successful business is a great American business model. The tour is very informative, and short. Highly-recommended !!!

Very expensive. The ice cream didn't taste like a normal Ben and Jerry's. Mine was slightly freezer burnt. My kids hot fudge was definitely burnt. I would not go back.

This is location on the Smugglers Notch grounds. We caught them opening for the season - so they didn't have all their flavors in yet. Ice cream was fresh & delicious!

I personally love the ice cream. But hate how some people put too little for one or two scoops, and dont fill the cone up. But overall a solid 4.5
