We made a reservation for 8 pm we arrived and as we arrived we were told to sit and wait to be seated at a hibachi. We sat for another 30 mins until we were seated we didn’t receive our chef until 9:30 and the place is extremely dirty Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Can’t comment on the food as I couldn’t actually get a seat in this restaurant! Went at lunch with my teenage daughter, we were met by 2 complete disinterested check in/front of house people. The young man was slouched over the counter. The girl didn’t make eye contact, and I had to ask her to repeat herself. I asked for a table for 2, and was told did I want a private dinning room or hibachi. I asked for lunch menu for 2. At this point the young man told me to come back at 9:00pm tonight (a little late for lunch) as that was all they had, so you are full? Or you just don’t want to seat me? Too much effort? Who knows they were just so disinterested in seating me. I don’t blame either of these young people, they are obviously badly trained and managed. We had wanted to test this restaurant for an upcoming birthday for 30, we had considered booking here. Never mind, if that is the attitude of the front of house I can’t imagine the restaurant is worth frequenting! Front of house is supposed to be welcoming and part of the establishments first impression. They behaved like we were an inconvenience. Can’t imagine they will prosper. Such a shame.

First incident: made reservations. Was contacted and told they were short staffed and if I come cool if I dont they understand. I ended not going because I wanted my experience to be relaxing and ran smoothly. But I did appreciate the call and the heads up. Next incident: ordered chicken shrimp and added scallops along with soft shell crab. Halfway through the drive realized they forgot my scallops. Drove back for those. Got all the way home and realized they forgot the veggies. Called for hours and didn’t get in touch with anyone until the following day. Had to drive 37 mins back to get my food made over. Today’s incident: I ordered 2 “Ocean Treasures” with sauces and 2 strawberry lemonades. I ordered about 1.5/2 hours in advance so that I can have it for lunch (I work from 2pm-10pm). When I got to the restaurant I was told everything was in the bag. All to get to work, to work an 8 hr shift and find out I was missing the chicken fried rice. Called to let the manager know that I needed everything made over and was told they could only make the rice. Went back and forth on a resolution then decided to contact corporate. I spent $166 and drove 35 minutes out of my way. This is the 3rd incident Ive had with this location when my ordered was messed up or I was inconvenienced. This has clearly become a habitual thing. I’m EXTREMELY unhappy. I literally just had to door dash more rice and paid $20 just so that I can eat it with my meat. The manager was a rude and treated me like trash. If I had time I would’ve driven back 37 minutes so I could show her the rice was missing. That was a horrible experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food was okay, better on the second day. We had a reservation for 7:45pm and we were finally seated about 9:00pm. The chef finally got to our table around 9:45pm. It was my first time going there and I was not impressed. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. She asked the manager to take some $$ of our bill. She's was the best part of the whole experience. I don't remember her name but she's a beautiful petit African American woman.
