Real original character pub. Great atmosphere. Great to also have Bert to come and greet all his patrons whenever he is there. A real Potchefstroom legend. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

We oders 5 plates we got 3 of them raw after we did send them back we got burned food and hair inside a chicken wrap waiter was verry nice but chef should learn how to cook we ate 2 plates but had to pay for 5 the owner was not only rude but refused to compensate for the raw and burned food if i was you i wouldn't eat there 😡😡😡 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person R 100–150 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Great place for Wednesday competitive pool games, as well as any day relaxing pub & grill (with casual pool games with friends). Amazing owner who makes you feel at home! Recomendation level: Extreme Enjoy the amazing Bert's Pub and Grill.

The bar lady isn't welcoming and a bit biased. Honestly wouldn't recommend the place to anyone as long as she works there.. the place has a great vibe for a group outing. But not for me and boyfriend

Service and food was very disappointing tonight. Ordered medium rare rump steak. Steak brought was over done and later than meal of other guest. No other rump steak available and could not be replaced. The crumbed pork of the other guest was oily and some of the chips burnt. The waitress and manager unfriendly an unapologetic. I did hoever not need to pay for the overcooked steak but left hungry and unsatisfied. The atmosphere en music in the venue was the only good experiece. Best pub in town, the atmosphere is great and with 5 pool tables a great time with friends. The food is also next level, my wife and I can't help ourselves going back just to get more of the amazing pub lunches and dinners available.

Hands down favourite place in potch. Friendly staff and affordable prices. Neat and clean. Great for playing some pool with friends or having a meal. If you are lucky you might catch Oom Bert himself there.
