Ordered a smothered shredded chicken burrito, the board clearly said rice & beans included. Got home and it was just the burrito in the box, no rice, no beans and about a tablespoon of their regular green sauce. (Far from chili verde) i called the store to tell her and she said let me ask the cook??? Well obviously i can't prove it and is midnight and freezing outside. She came back and said i didn't pay for rice and beans. Got to the point where im just getting upset absolutely not worth it. Point is in my opinion it was poor customer service, 14$ for a very very dry chicken burrito??? Couldn't offer anything for your mistake??? I'll not be stopping by there again and suggest if you do that you check your order before leaving. Probably should have went to that taco bell place and got 27 burritos for the same price*

Every time we go to this Beto’s the portion sizes are smaller than any other betos we’ve ever been to- but that’s not even the problem, the real problem is the young lady/girl at the drive thru widow has such an attitude every day. We go through & we’re nice & happy & she is just so unfriendly- if you’re having someone deal with all the costumers they should have some customer service skills or at least a little training to be able to.

Prices are fairly steep if you're making a huge order but depending on anyone's taste in quality Mexican food, this hits home for how good the food is, in which it's worth it.
Me and my brother had the night time craving for Super Nachos and/or Burritos which we thought to try this Betos out. I got myself a Chile Relleno burrito and got a breakfast burrito (bacon egg & cheese) on the side. The portion of Super Nachos was as expected which was pretty big and in the usual foam containers. The taste of everything from the Super Nachos and the Burrito was like a visit to one of the local Mexican restaurants in Arizona in which it was REALLY GOOD. Definitely coming back for another round of Super Nachos.

The first two months of this place being open this was my favorite Mexican restaurant, since then everything I ordered has become dry, bland, and wrong orders almost guaranteed. The last 3 times I've ordered from here I don't get what I ordered and zero red or green sauce even if I specially ask for it. At this point the food is garbage without the sauce to get rid of the blandness of it. Whatever they did in the first 2 months needs to come back. I would pay extra for it cause it out did its competition at the time.

I’ve been to other Beto’s locations and had a lovely experience, cannot say the same for my trip today. I ordered the tamale plate and the staff was great and friendly, but when I got home (0.4mi away), I opened up my plate and everything was old! The rice and beans were room temperature, the cheese on top wouldn’t even melt, and the tamales were dry. And when I took a bite, it was the most bland food I’ve received from a Mexican restaurant, it was very disappointing. I managed to salvage it by dumping 6 red sauce cups onto everything and microwaving it for a few minutes. I’d say your money’s best spent at any of the other locations.

Best Betos in the Salt Lake Valley. Food exceeds expectations! California burrito is a top favorite for me, and my husband loves the Chile Rellano burrito. Staff is very kind and courteous. Only good things to say.

Place was horrible, people are rude. Got a burrito 3 different times and I asked for beans and all 3 times I paid for and didn't come and getting salsa is like pulling teeth!
