It was a cold and rainy Wednesday when I've visited the bar. Had 2 drinks. Conversation with the bartenders was fun and engaging (since there was no one else around as well). Per others commentors, this place's unique selling point is their bartenders' ability to blend, create, and fine-tune your choice selection. I highly appreciate the effort put in, as it feels like I'm meeting a couple of old friends from 3000KM away from my hometown. Will drop by next time I'm back in Hualien. Price per person $600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Here's an honest and authentic review (unlike the other reviews): Tl;dr - Staff is super friendly - One of them speaks English fluently - Cocktails can be very much hit and miss - Pop music as bgm - Cocktails are overpriced (350NTD) for what you get - Served us red wine cold(!) as a shot (that's two huge no go's ffs!) In detail: We were 3 peeps and one out of three cocktails was excellent. The other two were super awful. I'm on a cocktail tour in Taiwan rn and coming from Europe, I do know my fair share of quality stuff. The drinks they serve in Taiwan are mediocre, but at this bar I had one of the best so far (unfortunately it wasn't mine). The waiter asked me if I wantef another one as a compensation. I declined. Why? Because 2/3 being super bad is not a good ratio. The chance that my next cocktail turns out bad is too high. Instead I hoped that they wouldn't put my drink on the bill, but they did. At the end they offered us a free "shot". The shot was red wine served cold 🤦🏻‍♀️. This bar pretends to be fancy with each cocktail costing whooping 350NTD but they don't even know the basics. Also not offering a drinking card is BAD! Everyone giving a review say that's a good sign. If this is your shtick (yeah that's a word) only for the sake of having a shtick, then you're a fool. Always have a standard menu AND have your gimmick. Next problem: The waiter immediately started to talk in English. All 3 of us are fluent in Chinese. Nothing more is annoying than the preconception that someone doesn't know your language. If in doubt, ask which language someone prefers. In the end I cracked a joke and everyone was having a laugh, so at least it ended on a good note. The staff are good peeps and it seems they do try their best. They're young and ambitious. I wish them nothing but the best. One last subjective note: Their music selection is very... standard. If they really want to be fancy, they need to overthink their playlist. The bar next door was playing some superb tunes (Mr. Scruff - So long), but unfortunately they were already closing. Price per person $200–400 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Their cocktails are superb, you can just tell them the spirit or taste you’re after and they will customize and make the drink just for you. The staff and bar tender are very friendly, very chill, the ambience is quite cozy. They even got free wifi XD if you ask, highly recommended. Btw, cash only. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

店裡空間雖不大但是裝潢的很有氣氛，老闆和店員妹妹都很親切也很好聊！老闆非常專業，提供客製化的調酒服務，一次就愛上煙燻的味道… Price per person $600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
