The bagel sandwiches were so tasty, everything was fresh! A bit on the pricier side, but definitely worth it. Had to come back for more to taste the many creative and delicious cream cheese spreads. My only gripe was they wouldn’t cook the eggs any way other than scramble-ish for the sandwich like most deli’s would, but still well worth the trip there! Food: 5 Service: 5

The bagels are fantastic. I had toasted whole wheat, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich! Helpful staff, and dog-lovers theme inside, added to the enjoyment. Thanks, Biffs! Tasty homemade bagels and sandwiches. Good coffee, fun four legged focused art work (we easily spotted a few paintings that resembled our animals at home). Fast, friendly service. We’ll be back! Great quality food! The layout is very inconvenient, though. The food ordering window and the drink ordering and pay window are two different windows, and all the staff eventually has to stop what they're doing to bring people up and take orders. There's no set staff or anything so everything slows down.

Food is good, once you can get it. Service is actually awful. I have left on multiple occasions feeling like I was just inconveniencing them by coming in. Today, I came in and waited 45 minutes for two bagels. After I noticed everyone after me had already eaten and left, I asked when my bagels would be ready. They said they lost my ticket. I waited another 10 minutes and they handed me my food and walked away without saying anything. They could have at least offered something for my time and at this point I just want my money back. The bagels were burnt and almost inedible. Such a waste of my time and money. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came here for breakfast. It was awesome! The line looked long, but everything moves quickly! We went and sat outside, but there’s decent seating inside. Mochas and Lattes also decent, but their Asiago bagel was a perfect vessel for a good breakfast sandwich

Drove past and decoded to stop in for a bagel. It was quite busy! Seems like a local favorite place. Although there was a line, it didn’t take too long to order or get out food. We got the Asiago bagel with eggs, cheese, and pastrami and it was great. The place is named after a dog and there are dog tributes throughout with bones, paw prints, etc. as a dog lover, this just made us love Biffs Bagels even more!

We visited around 9am on 6/22/2021. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though it was a busy morning for them. The bagels were fantastic. We ordered 3 different bagel sandwiches and all more than satisfied! Also, the fresh juice options were a major plus - the grapefruit specifically was the perfect compliment. We are full and happy! Can't wait to return to the Flagstaff area soon.

8/20/23: Delicious bagels worth the line. Saturday and Sundays are the busiest. Be prepared to wait.
