Hello Big Dave, my experience I have to say was very good. Well informed staff and willing to please. Thank you. Good shopping.
We brought a display bunk bed, last one left in store for $299. Customer service was ok, the man who dismantled the bunk was nice. My only gripe was, when we arrived for pick up, no one approached us & the vibe was weird, & none of the staff present asked if we like help to take it out. when we got home we found some of the washers with the screws were split. Tad annoying. Customer service and Care is everything when you're working for a business fam. I wish you all the best in your new jobs. #BigSaveFunitureLiquidationSale.

Helpful to customers and friendly people. The India guy, hes cool as. Brought the eftpos terminal and purchase out to the car because I had a sick baby and Senior on board. We just needed to pickup without a hassle. IT HAD BEEN A DIFFICULT WEEK.
Great service in the shop and no problems arranging delivery up the coast on the day required I required. On the day they were meant to deliver, they ring at 3pm to say they were unable to deliver as they were waiting for stock to arrive, despite telling me in the shop they had all items that I wanted. Very disappointing that they did not ring the day before to let me know.

We went to purchase a new bed and we had the most excellent service from both of the staff that were on the floor. Honest reliable advice and weren’t pushy at all. They even helped entertain the toddler when he was over it. Job well done guys
Best customer service. Really helped me decide the right bed for me... She chose a double so I went for a Queen. Arrives in two weeks. Brilliant staff and especially the lady who welcomed me and help through the whole situation. Ngā mihi rā
I purchased a sofa from the Gisborne store for wellington delivery and was told 12-14 weeks for delivery. It has now been 18 weeks and have been informed it's in Gisborne and will take another 2 weeks before it arrives in Wellington. Can't ring Head Office as they won't give the number out. Would never have purchased this sofa if they had been honest from the start about delivery times. All I've been offered is free delivery. Can't believe I'm having to wait 5 months!!
