Slow, very slow. Tried my best to be understanding and friendly even though I was in a rush, and then the barista tried to serve me the wrong item. When I said “I think one of these drinks is wrong” they immediately quipped “yeah I know it’s this one”. So was the barista hoping I just take the wrong drink and not say anything? I'm so not going back to this biggby coffee. I shouldn't be ordering a sandwich and biting into paper that wasn't removed. When I took the paper in all the said is I'm sorry. I understand things happen but that is not cool and the makers need to slow down and pay attention especially when it comes to people eating there food or drinking there drinks. Had a great experience today. I think the nice woman’s name who was working was Alisha. She was polite and helpful and I enjoyed my tea and my dog Sadie loved her pup cup! Service Take out Meal type Other

Super cute inside loved the view of the dog park across the street I will say I was bummed there was no drive thru but going inside was a nice change of pace. Super clean and overall good time. This team is so friendly! Shop is always clean and inviting. I’m obsessed with the Turkey havarti bagel… if you haven’t tried it you’re missing out!

Tasty coffee, Nice lady at the counter attending customers. Biggby has a good menu overall and for all age groups. What else do you need 😊. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Coffee is pretty good but do not go here if you are on your way to work. You will be late.. The weirdo early morning girl with bright yellow hair litterally talks more than works. Waited 10 to 15 minutes for a coffee several times and there was only 2-3 people in line. Too much conversation not enough making coffee... 😡 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I haven’t had biggby in years and I remembered why today. My coffee was insanely watered down (doesn’t even taste like coffee). My “bragle” had cream cheese on it which was gross.
