Went for the first time and was very impressed. The food was amazing, severice outstanding and I can't get over how good everything was!!! I had the miso Ramen, out of this world! just 5 out of 5. My wife and I dine often at the Shiloh Hokkaido, so that is my reference point. I have rated the Shiloh Hokkaido to be 5 Stars, for many reasons. The food is excellent, spicy at a proper amount. Service is very good full service. Wine and beer are available. It has typical but modest restaurant seating. The Heights Hokkaido is totally different. TOTALLY. Food quality is poor. We had several items - Bozeman Roll, edamame, harumaki, gyoza. None were tasty, maybe the edamame. The interior is much like a fast food eatery. Orders are placed at the register. There is no beer or wine. But yet, the menu items were as expensive as that of the Shiloh location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is a small, modern ramen shop. We were glad to find it as Billings definitely benefits from something like this. Got our food relatively quickly, presentation was good, taste was good. It wasn't outstanding among ramen shops but a good shop to visit that serves a tasty bowl of ramen, and boba if you want it. Service Dine in Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We eat here at least once a week and we looooove Patrick! He is always absolutely rocking it! he is quick, kind, and fun. He overheard it was my birthday once and played happy birthday on the speakers when he brought our food even though it was busy and he was alone. Such a good dude! Amazing service! I'll come here for Boba Tea any day. Brown Sugar Boba was great. Admittedly, I felt the ramen was very... Bland. It wasn't anything special. I got the Garlic Ramen, and it was rather bland. It was filling, but I just felt like the ramen had no flavor and it certainly didn't taste anything close to garlic.. I like that they gave 1 full egg compared to places I've been in other states that only give 1-half egg. The bamboo shoots were a good touch, I liked that. And the way they cut the green onions are different and easier to consume with chopsticks. I think the cut of pork is more pork chop than pork belly, so I'm not sure if that affected the flavor. We went to this place for the first time July 3rd and came back again today July 6th and we love it !! The food is great, very tasty. The prices are fair too. The crew is very nice, smiling, very friendly! This is becoming one of our favorite place in the Heights

Best ramen in the area. I have eaten here several times at this location, and the soup is always amazing! The building itself seems not the cleanest. I wish they would deep clean. I get the level 3 spicy ramen and it's delicious. The broth is spicy and then the rim of the bowl has additional spice. This place was absolutely amazing! The broth was so good and rich, and they separated the noodles from the broth so the noodles didn't just soak it all up by the time I made it home. The rib was so tender and juicy. Another thing I love to see is a kitchen that's really clean, you can tell they take pride in their craft!
