Having seen Explore More Discovery Museum, it's time to have a rest at this bar. Nothing can be better than eating good philly cheesesteaks, hamburgers and nacho chips. It's a pleasant experience to order tasty waffles, doughnuts and biscuits. Delicious draft beer, craft beer or Mimosas are waiting for you at Billy Jack's Wing & Draft Shack. A collection of great lemonade is offered to guests. Your children will be provided with a extensive kids’ menu. Most reviewers say that the staff is gracious at this place. Nice service is something that people note in their comments. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are reasonable. There is an exotic atmosphere and beautiful decor at this spot. Went with some friends of mine that go all the time and the staff was friendly and kept up very well with how packed it was inside. The food was definitely on point! I would definitely come back. Their only downside is they get full to capacity and have to put people on hold basically before they can enter the building, but that should show you how good they are! The perfect dive bar with good bar food. If you like college drive bars, this is a good one. They are burger/slider heavy with a good selection of beer. The place is adorned with lots of nick-nacks like old beer cans and dollar bills. There is a big bar center in the room that is the focus of the space. Service: the place was pretty busy when I went, but the service was still good. The food came out fairly quickly, they refilled our drinks and the staff were all friendly. We stopped in Harrisonburg for a night on a road trip and found this place for a late dinner and drinks. The music was awesome and the staff was friendly. The best chicken wings ever and you can't go wrong with the tater tots! Delicious local beer and generous pickle backs! If we ever return to Harrisonburg we will 1000% be back to Billy Jacks!! Great college bar atmosphere as expected. We went for the season opener football game day Saturday brunch at noon and it was packed. It was loud but not too loud to not be able to hear each other. Despite being packed, service was fast and friendly. Better yet, the food was fantastic. We had a mimosa carafe, the garden bowl (best option for someone not wanting a lot of fried food), redneck nachos on tots (seriously one of the best combinations of food I've had in a while) and the chicken sammy (perfectly fried, not over breaded). Prices are very reasonable compared to other similar restaurants. This is absolutely a repeat spot. Stopped by for lunch since I have heard so much about this place. Definitely lived up to the hype. Tried the Sticky Nuggs (habanero shocker and classic buffalo) and tots. Great flavor and heat with the sauces. Tots were cooked to perfection, just the right crispness, and not overcooked. Also tried the chicken and waffles, syrup was sweet, but not too sweet. Everything tasted great! Will have to go back and try the sliders and other food. Service was great, even though they were very busy.
