Our waitress Jasmely was amazing. We felt well taken care of at all times. While the food was so delicious, it was really Jasmely’s warm hospitality that made our evening at Birria & Chips Mexican Restaurant so memorable. We will definitely be returning. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'm giving it a one star because their delivery method and packaging is awful . Seriously, separate the chips/tostadas/tortillas from the condiments. Don't deliver food already layered as it makes a huge soggy mess and overcooks things. Separate the condiments, qrap the tostadas or tortillas in foil like normal restaurants... Also, corn in a cup, do I have to complain about this too? How do you fail at making this?? Where is the hot cheetos ? This was literally 1 or 2 hot chettos crushed on the top ..and it was STALE. Send a bag of hot cheetos for future customers because this was unacceptable. I would never order this again. I'll send my behind to el kiosko for corn in a cup because this was awful. We just left from there and we never even got our food. They are apparently understaffed and the food service was extremely slow. When I asked for more water the waitress told me that she was the only one working and when she said that she had an attitude. When I asked to speak to the manager she came out and told me that they were understaffed today. But the problem with that is that is not my fault nor is it my problem. I refuse to give my money to a restaurant that has an attitude towards their customers I waited over 40 minutes without any food. I really hope the owner of this restaurant sees this review corrects the problem, I would definitely not rcommend coming to this restaurant. 👎👎👎 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
