Get ready to spend some money. The food is a little pricey, but the quality is good. Good food a good temperature. I suggest you get either the number 2 order number 7. Or should get the Roman. The food is great. The music is chill. Not too loud. You can still have a conversation. And the restaurant is coming. We were hungry and wanted breakfast. We saw this place in our drive to another place. Decided to stop what better breakfast than tacos. We were not wrong, amazing birria, and their hand-made tortillas were amazing. The salsa spicy hit the spot. Could have used a bit more salt for my taste, but overall, it's super good for OC. 10000000/10 OMG WOW simple food but great quality meat, good marinade/wet seasoning plus the sauce is good and the portions are massive and it's cheap let's gooo this the only restaurant I tip 50% at for sheer appreciation, delicious. I ran across this restaurant while going to Home Depot nearby. After trying their birria tacos (handmade tortillas) with Consome and the birria Ramen. I've been back 4 different times. The food is absolutely amazing, fresh, tasty and delicious. Their salsas are really good too! We received a flyer from Birrieria Guadalajara offering a free lunch for our employees as a promotion. Scheduling the food drop off was easy. Their representative Christian Garibay was extremely polite and professional. Our employees loved the birria soft tacos, the quesadillas, and the fresh condiments. The quality, amount, and flavors were impressive. Needless to say we were all satisfied. We will definitely used their catering services for our upcoming company events. My first time here with my husband and we loved it. Came in Saturday morning and everything was delicious and fresh. The tortillas were a huge plus. Customer service was excellent. The cashier was very polite and there was a young man that took the food to our table. I wish I would of gotten their names. They did an amazing job. We will definitely be back!

It was a cold and rainy day...what better lunch than a ramen birria?! It was everything I hoped it would be. The actual birria couldn't have been more tender and the consome was not too salty.
