Lovely place and its staff. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace. Food is typical of Latvian cuisine. Lucas took pancakes filled with cheese, and he liked them but then felt they were too rich. I had an egg in the pastry with spinach, which was nice. Food prices were reasonable, but coffee and orange juice coated more or the same as in the UK. It seemed pretty popular. Lots of people were enjoying their breakfast. But then there was nothing else open at 10 am Friday. The town looked ghosted. By midday, more people started to appear. Jurmala is a beautiful and famous town, especially for the Russian community, but in the late autumn or winter, it is pretty grim. Dog friendly! Great place to have a late brunch. The portions are sizable, food is tasty and priced accordingly (except the tea). The service was fast and friendly, even on a fairly busy Saturday. The atmosphere is nice on the upper floors, as the first is busy serving people. The only downside to mention is aesthetics (dishes, teapots, napkins and the like) and that in the small cup so much tea is added making it bitter. Keep up the good work!
