Food is always amazing! Service is always fantastic - quick, efficient, friendly. I always feel comfortable and very welcome. The Filet Mignon was so tender and flavorful. Always a good meal! It takes a lot for me to complain, but bad experience at Black Angus. I have been going to this one for 20 or so years. Anyways they get you to sign up for the app and give you all these coupon notifications and then don’t honor them? Manager couldn’t even take 30 seconds of his time to come and talk to us about it and the email was sent out this morning?? The manager just told our server to relay the message that these are corporate emails and this particular one was for the bar area only?? Even tho it said dine in or out? Anyways not the “best birthday” dinner experience and 230$ later it will probably be my last. The server was amazing by the way. We celebrated our 16 year anniversary there last night and it was great. The steak did have to get sent back because was a little under but it happens. Service was great the only thing that did not make it fun was the waitress who was just cussing like crazy because she accidentally messed up someone’s ticket we were like it’s cool but the whole time we had to hear her just go on and on about it and cussing the whole time like we get it but go to the back and vent. Trying to enjoy our anniversary while hearing that go one for 15 min was just a downer. Other than that food was good and our waitress was amazing. Before I went here I called to see if I need a reservation because I have been to steak houses before on Sundays and they were packed they said no that I could get right in if I came I showed up about 30 minutes later was seated and ordered crushed pineapple martini and it was delicious Beyond beliefs I also ordered a a hot cheese and seafood dip and some firecracker shrimp they were both delicious they also gave us bread and butter which was delicious and I ordered the fish tacos for my meal and my partner ordered the fish and chips both of our food was delicious beyond belief quickly brought and I kept all my leftovers and ate the rest later every single bit The Taste was so good the seasoning was perfect and I will definitely be going back! My partner and I love a good steak and so we tend to try new steakhouses and this was by far very impressive the menu was so good I wanted to try something different than steak I was happy I did I was very fulfilled he said that was the best fish and chips he's had in a long time and I was definitely very very happy with my meal and it will be returning for seconds thirds and fourths! They were very great servers that cooks definitely made me smile and my tummy smile too and then environment was awesome! Customer service Beyond expectations very clean and nice place people need to stop going to the same places and definitely check this place out! Every time I go to Outback it is wall to wall full of people and their food and services is okay but this place blows me out the water and it should be wall to wall every Sunday and every day! Huge disappointment the food was one of the worst service and meals for a very expensive meal I have ever had! You expect good service my husband got ribeye that when they brought it out had a fly walking on the steak and could not fly due to the butter all over it, my filet mignon was ok but the broccoli was cold, the salad we ordered we had to ask for because they forgot it. We order dessert and they brought one out and didn’t bring the other one out for 15 minutes the second desert wasn’t even cooked all the way. We let the manager know how disappointed we were and he didn’t even offer us a free dessert! The last thing, when they normally bring bread out to every table, we had to ask for bread they brought the plates, but no bread and said they only bring bread out it, Then why did you bring the plates. I'm not a young man and Ive at a lot eaten steak houses. Buts been a long time since I found a steak house that cook a steak the way I've ordered it and its good tender piece of meat. Wow I got all of that here. I haven't been to a Black Angus for many years. But I will make this one of my regular stops. Finally good service and a great steak. 3 other people with me and all were really pleased with their meals. Great job Black Angus. On Saturday, Jan. 29, 2022, my wife and I enjoyed dinner at the Black Angus location in Spokane Valley. I had not eaten at Black Angus since I was a teenager so it was nice to go back to a restaurant I remembered fondly. We ordered the Campfire Feast Dinner which is a multiple course dinner for two that includes bread, an appetizer, entrée, two sides, and dessert. The regular price is $66 which isn’t bad but we used a promo from the website that made it $49.98. In my opinion, that price is incredible for a steakhouse. But I guess the low price wouldn’t mean much if the food was garbage. Thankfully, it is far from it. Our potato skins were hot and fresh and served just as we ordered them (sour cream on the side). Our steaks, which were the best part of the meal, were delicious. For how inexpensive they were we didn’t know exactly what we were going to get but they were excellent. For my sides I got the steak soup which warmed my soul and was brought out at the perfect time—after the potato skins but before the steaks. For my second side I got the mashed potatoes that accompanied my steak and were perfect. We each ate half our steaks so we would have room for our dessert—the cowboy cookie. The cowboy cookie is a giant chocolate chip cookie served in a skillet and topped with vanilla ice cream. Need I say more? Our server was Ashleigh who went above and beyond. She was polite, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. She brought us more bread and knew when to check up on us and when to let us be. I would definitely say that she added to our enjoyment of the whole experience. We got a couple beers and some add-ons to our steaks so the bill came to $73 before the tip. We were extremely happy with what we got for the money and will be back again.

Took my wife for date night a couple weeks ago since it had been almost 10 years since our last visit. Very good service right off the bat which was a surprise being a Friday night. Food was excellent and fast, my prime rib was a touch undercooked for my liking but I can't complain about it because it still was excellent and made a great breakfast skillet the next morning as we both got completely stuffed just on our sides and appetizers. Only gave four stars for atmosphere solely based on a couple of obnoxious kids that could be heard over everything else. Would definitely suggest going, the campfire feast for two has got to be about the best deal around for a couple especially at a steak house. We did have a minor issue with our bill with a random charge being added but once brought to the attention of our wait staff it was cleared up immediately. He even comped us an extra dessert for the hassle and prime rib being under. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Went for an early dinner, greeted immediately, it was pretty empty so seated right away. Service was wonderful, thank you Heather. Got the campfire feast with the ribeye and it all was very good except the steak although seasoned well was very thin with a lot of gristle so that was disappointing. The atmosphere needs an update as you immediately see the worn, food stained carpet when you walk in, the torn booth seats and the bathrooms smell awful, like an outhouse, so it just takes away from the feeling of cleanliness.
