During my visit to Black Bear Diner, I couldn't help but appreciate the hearty breakfast options. The bear claw, filled with fresh berries, was a delightful treat. Since I usually have an omelette everywhere I go, I had one here and it was plump with bacon and offered a satisfying and savory experience. It wasn't too dry as some places can turn out. And let's not forget the French toast, which was great too. The hash browns were shaved potatoes which were unique. It added to the overall positive impression of the breakfast menu. The staff was friendly and provided attentive service, making the dining experience enjoyable. However, it's worth mentioning that the music was a bit too loud and somewhat intrusive. Family has ordered take out from Black Bear for a while but this was the 1st time I've gone in person. Walking in was truly an experience, we loved the theme of the scenery both inside and outside. They have a nice menu full of comfort foods but their all day breakfast items are by far the best you'll ever have. Service was great too, Ms. Toni in particular made our experience better and provided great service! She's the sweetest lady you'll ever meet. They also have a cute lil gift shop at the front when you pay your bill! Highly recommended and I'm definitely coming back to try everything on the menu fresh instead of through Door Dash or Uber Eats. This was my husband’s and I first time at Black Bear Diner… and when I tell you we were very impressed. The food was AMAZING… home cooked hearty breakfast… the service was also Amazing… our Server Daisy was very attentive. Even though the place was busy, she still made sure we were taken care of… those biscuits are huge …lol overall we enjoyed our. First time eating here and my server Bretorial was the best! Very nice young lady. She briefly went over the menu with my husband and i, like what was popular and what was good. She strongly recommended the pancakes and I was not disappointed, they were delicious! Im definitely coming back to this location i was paying attention to her because she was such an awesome server and i saw she had other tables too and i can honestly say she spread her attention equally to each table. She was on A roll! Thank you Bretorial for going above and beyond. As for the food im going to give the cooks their props too because it was on point. Like i told Bretorial i usually do Cracker Barrel and yeah this is my new go to for some good breakfast! TO THE MANAGER, Bretorial deserves a raise! Because i cant say it enough she was excellent. Was very excited to try this place. I've heard such good things about this company. Maybe it's just this location but everything was horrible. Service was slow our server had 4 tables and couldn't keep up. 3 other servers just standing around. Food was served cold and was not tasteful at all. I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic breakfast spot known for its huge biscuits, and it was a delightful experience! The biscuits were indeed enormous and incredibly fluffy, making for a hearty breakfast. The standout was the exceptional service provided by Jaiprintis. Tiauna, Jeremiah and Tashara gave excellent customer service from the beginning to end. Food was very delicious and ample amount of food. Everything was well seasoned to the taste and temperature of food was how it was supposed to be. I definitely recommend this diner and location, come with an appetite because it’ll be more than enough. Me and my mom went out to eat it was our first time eating at Black Bear Diner. We were greeted by Jasmine who was very welcoming and friendly. I loved his energy!! Ms Toni was our waitress. She suggested to try the lemonade and it was delicious. The food was good as well. I ordered a omelette, red potatoes, and a biscuit. Y'all the food was so good! They played music that was good 🎶 the atmosphere was good as well! I enjoyed my time there and will be back soon! The food was delicious! Ebony recommended some great items and we ultimately went with the chicken fajita and Philly cheesesteak omelettes, grits, pancakes and a biscuit! The sweet cream pancakes are the best I’ve ever had, no joke! Ebony was attentive, friendly and personable, give her a spin on the wheel for the prize!!
