Visited forest grove Oregon location 10-19-23 1:00 pm and shift changed; while I was there a dark hair w beard man working there changed music from shift ended by 1:00pm. before 1:00 that I had requested different music (country). It’s not that it’s the biggest deal I realize, however talking to customers in that way is so inappropriate and unprofessional ! I asked him if he would change back and he said no I like this music 🎶 !!, the music was terrible as I was doing my computer work. …. I noted that customers should matter and he said I like this not changing. very very rude!!! Let ‘em know that I would do a review, he said write all the reviews u want!! I’ve been to this location before and was always welcoming and great svc. Customers should matter too , just saying. Hopefully some basic customer service training can help correct this in the nearing future. Other than this experience I like black rock coffee very much. I love this place. I go here when Dutch Bro's line is too long. The staff is always friendly and the drinks are amazing. When you order "own mug" I'd like to have my drink made in my own mug. It's not against health code to pour shots into and serve with own mug. What's the point of pouring into a cup then pouring into own mug and wasting that paper and plastic product? Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Black Rock Coffee Bar has a drive-thru that most use, but having stepped inside at their Forest Grove location, I was immediately impressed with how spacious, relaxing, and inviting the atmosphere was. The staff was quite friendly and they have plenty of drink or food items to choose from. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They are always friendly and seem to be happy to see you. The coffee is really well made and I prefer it to the other chains. The only negative is the food offerings are just awful.
