Extremely good place, but very expensive. Service was extremely good and atmosphere was clean. I didn’t want to absolutely break my bank, so I got sushi. It was absolutely worth it. My daughter took me to black stones for my birthday. And I’ve been here before, so perhaps my path expectations were on the higher end. The service was impeccable. That said, we ordered the petite fillet, shrimp and risotto, the mac & cheese and an appetizer of short rib and burrata. The short rib was over salted, and the burrata was not creamy. The petite fillet was cooked perfectly, but wasn’t over the top for the price, wasn’t melt in your mouth. The shrimp and risotto were also just OK . The shrimp were grilled and had no flavor and risotto wasn’t creamy, but had a good mushroom flavor. The mac & cheese was good. We finished with a rich chocolate cake. The restaurant was not particularly busy, so I feel they could’ve done a better job with the food. Still, a nice dining experience. Great restaurant to celebrate a special occasion. We celebrated my son's 25 birthday 🎂. Food was delicious. Service was amazing 👏. Truly enjoyed it. 😉 Wish I had a coupon to help with th bill. What an AMAZING experience! Night before the snow storm, my husband’s birthday: made a reservation. It was my first time there. From the second we arrived on property we were treated with kindness, generosity and an authentic welcome for our special evening. EVERY FACET of this business is first class! This was our first time visiting this steakhouse and it was a great experience. The servers are very nice and professional. We had the Porterhouse Steak for two which was delicious. They dry age their steaks so it is a little pricey but definitely worth it. We didn’t have any seafood but those looked great as well. One little issue we had was that the tables were a bit less comfortable so try getting a booth if you can but it was a very minor issue compared to the whole thing. We will definitely be back! Top quality as expected. Came here for a special date night and was very satisfied all around. The establishment is clean and has a great old-time feel with a new flare. Valet parking is in the front, or the lot has plenty of space to park yourself. The service is high quality. I had an awesome waiter, and he had an assistant, so my drinks never ran out, and I was well taken care of. For food, we started with the special of stone crab claws. They were 1 claw an order, which I was surprised by, but it made sense when they came out. These were the biggest claws I've ever seen. They were at least 8 to 10 inches in size and hearty. Super fresh and crisp flavor. We also got the grilled octopus to start. Absolutely perfect from the taste to the presentation. The texture was a bit crispy on the outside with a soft but firm texture inside. The taste had a good sweetness but not overpowering from the beets. One of the best I've had. The main course was a pair of perfectly cooked steaks. I got the bone in rib eye and my girlfriend got the bone in filet. Both cooked exactly medium rare, tender, with a great sear. We had sides of mashed potatoes and boc choy. Both great, but the mashed was the winner there. Super fluffy with a buttery consistency and loads of flavor.
