I tried to order delivery and two out of the three pizzas I ordered arrived. I really didn’t want to make a seen but I was charged for three and wasn’t getting a refund. I was on hold for 20 minutes without speaking to a real person. When I was finally connected the person on the phone was careless and continued to hang up on me, after my fourth time reconnecting with them they said I would get a refund but they hung up before the could get my info how was I going to get my money back. Although a little ticked I tried to brush it off. The next day I tried to order again but this time for pick up. On one of my pizzas I asked for ranch drizzle, I got home and opened the box just to see barbecue sauce drizzled on in puddles. Not to mention while I was waiting to pick them up the staff seemed rude and uninterested. I double checked the box in case I was wrong but the box said ranch drizzle. I hate causing a scene but is it really to much to ask that they follow what’s written on the order? Overall I won’t be coming back here and until whatever is going on is fixed. Drink fridge smells like mildew and mold. Seats are torn in dining area. Music is too loud to hear workers behind counter. Food is decent. Service is good. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
