We quit going to the Snohomish one because of the atmosphere. The Marysville one was large and comfortable and much quieter yet still fun. The food WAS AWESOME! The service was the best we have experienced in a long time. We put this on our favorite burger list. And the tea was better than any we have had anywhere else to date, mango was best but we tried a couple. Our waitress, Marissa was amazing! We drove down to Arlington because we have an early pickup of our rescue dogs at 5:00 a.m. If I had to hire someone for my business, she would be it. She went way in above Beyond in service!! That's a rarity these days!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Today was my first time visiting a Blazing Onion. My grandson, nine years old, chose to go here for his birthday lunch. Service was awful, food was pretty good. After ordering at the counter, I paid and added an adequate tip for what I was hoping would be decent service. We were then forced to sit at an open table, rather than the booth we wanted to sit in by an employee. He told us that three booths were reserved together for a large party. We received our food, ate and left while all three booths sat vacant. I was never acknowledged once by any staff after the meal was served. Very disappointed in the lack of guest service at this location. Even with the food being good, I wouldn't go back. Ordered a burger, very thin patty, and burnt. No one came to our table the entirely of the meal. The gentlemen that took our order at the door, delivered us our food, we then placed a Togo order thru him, and had to ask for Ketchup to go from the same person. He said he was not our server, but got the items we asked for anyway. My fiance had a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. He liked it. For our first time here was just ok. Came in an hour before closing so I ordered an appetizer and had 3 22oz. The menu looked awesome but didn't have enough time to try a burger. Staff was very friendly and outgoing. I finished with 10 min to spare. Highly recommended to visit atleast once. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I got takeout from this restaurant after a hike nearby. The food was really delicious- the onion rings do not disappoint and the burger was very good. I do think it is on the pricier side for the quality of the food, but I don't regret coming here. The mac and cheese was also good, but it needs to grow on you. Disappointing to receive salads at the same time as entrees, and have entrees seem like they had been sitting for a while on top of that. I tried the chili, which was barely warm. I rarely send things back but did this time as I was really looking forward to it. It came back nuclear hot and inedible until waiting for it to substantially cool. The burgers we tried were bland, even the spicy ones. Service was just ok. Had to flag someone down to get service. Just not an overall good experience. We traveled to Marysville and stayed at a hotel near the Blazing Onion. We ordered take out and I cannot speak highly enough about our whole experience. I wasn't able to modify something in the online ordering system but when I arrived, I met Sam. I asked Sam about it and he went out of his way to make sure my order was right and exactly the way I wanted it even if it was different than their ordering system allowed. He was so friendly and personally went through and checked every single item in our order before bagging it up. I was so very impressed with Sam's level of customer service. The food we ordered was all fantastic. The next night we ordered again and again when I walked in to pick up our order, there was Sam. He recognized me and greeted me right away. He again carefully looked at every item and even had the cook add something so I would be pleased. Again the food was terrific. We have family in the area and will be staying again. We will be sure to order from Blazing Onion and I hope to see Sam. He is exemplary and the picture what GREAT customer service looks like. Thank you Sam and Blazing Onion! Stopped in with our kids (7 and 9) to get dinner, plenty of seating available, the waitress helped us get a smaller portion of fish and chips for my youngest.
