This place has really gone downhill. So sad to see. It used to be a favorite hangout spot for my coworkers and I, but in the last few months, it's just not worth it anymore - no matter how good the food is. The only reason I stopped by was to get some wings and to see Daneri because he is a gentleman and a treat. But so much has changed, and not in a good way. The last few times we did a work Happy Hour, we went other places. Today we probably will too. I miss what this place used to be. Wouldn't give any stars 22oz beers are $11-$12.50 each, check has a 2.00% restaurant fee before even pulling out a card or anything to pay, and if you pay by card they will add themselves a $5 tip after you already tipped in cash. The place has gone way down hill in as little as one year. The food is bland, their taps pump out foam so they get tired of trying to pour the beer and give to much foam. The new bartenders aren't capable of providing proper service to their customers and just want to f around all the time. We are so so disappointed in the blue iguana in Fairfax by the fair Oaks Mall. They just denied entrance to our service dogs. We explained to them that we were in fact service dogs and wanted to sit inside and they said no we would have to sit outside, even though they knew how Cold it was. When I explained to them, please understand that these are service dogs I was told“ yeah I know I just told management twice”
